Kusari BS Guns are eat trough the Shield yet the Bret BS Guns also Cruiser guns and GB Guns are **** also Rheinland guns are way too weak also and Liberty guns are well only slightly off balance they need a little tweak more dmg
and make alle Cap ship weps same Energy base like all laser or Tachyon maybe plasma i dont care which one just aslong as they are all the same type
The BS turrets are quite well balanced. The only time they werent were when the Osiris did too much damage. the Kusari's type of gun does alot of shield damage to certain type of shield. Maybe we could make molecular, graviton, etc. shields then you pick the one you want. But either way, there is a typeor types of turrets out there that will eat though you. Check info cards on shields. It says what types of guns will do extra damage against you.
While I can't make shields of different types, it seems to be better to make battleship weapons of one type. This might seem too much, but remember that cruiser and battleship shields are actually worth much more than 10 million, which is our price limit.
Only solution might be making different shield levels for all ships, but I doubt that I'll be able to do this. If I will, then I may include shields of 3 types for cruisers, battleships, gunboats, transports etc., and not change the weapons.

I dont see any problem with BS sheilds unless your faceing a RH bomber with 8 tizzy's or something..
But thats just me.... there a lot harder to kill now then they use to be and I would let sleeping dogs lie for the time beeing

You do realise that 8+ corsair titans will strip the shield from and then kill a player BS quicker then 2 player bombers loaded with anti-shield weps and duel nova torpedos.
Then theres the 4 templar patrols that strip your BS shield fast too, just like the chimeara ones can.
Either player BSs become harder for NPCs to kill or we make them easy for everyone to kill.
Personally I say double the shield and triple the armour, but thats just my opinion, a lone gunboat should strike fear into every lone or pair of VHFs/bombers, let alone a cruiser/destroyer or a BS.
If the worst gunboat turret gets upgraded so that it does more damage then the best codename, then have the worst cruiser turret do double the damage of the best gunboat turret and then have the worst BS turret do double the damage of the best cruiser turret there won't be much need for BS class anti-shield weps.
VHFs and bombers will HAVE to work in groups of 4-6 + to have a decent chance of killing a lone player BS.
To stop people buying and using only BSs we could make the mortars and missiles use ammo as well as energy. Then you'd have to trade regularly to replace used ammo.
But people won't like this because we'd have to do the same to NPC cap-ships, so you'd need a fleet to take on a single BS patrol.
Like I said these are just my opinions, I know it would make BSs and other cap-ships too hard for VHFs and bombers to hurt, let alone kill, so I'm not gonna suggest it.
