"My fellow working men and women, it has been quite some time since I have engaged in diplomacy since I retired, however recent events have forced me to come out of retirement in order to strengthen the movement and it's ties to various organizations and nationalities who are friendly to our cause.

The LWB was the first that came to mind, the hard working folks of Stuttgart who were unjustly pushed off their livelihood simply so a corporation's greed for the 'Synthpaste' garbage could be satisifed, even now they pollute Stuttgart with chemicals and gases that are changing it's atmosphere so that the LWB's hopes and dreams are utterly crushed.

My friends, I remember you all very fondly, our men are always happy when your food shipments came to us, with fresh home-grown fruits and vegetables that actually had substance and you knew were safe and healthy, I believe it is high time we return that good-will.

Thus, the People's Republic of the Sirius Coalition is authorizing the LWB to acquire a limited amount of Coalition military hardware for use provided they do not use them against the state or allied forces such as the Red Hessians or the Mollys Movement. In the case of use of an EV-0 'Storm' they will be permitted the use of a single Gunboat provided they permit a Commissar on-board to ensure that in the case of dire peril the ship does not fall into enemy hands.
