Staging Ground - Full access granted to these systems; hostile installations are few or non-existant
Armed Operations - Be wary of enemy installations including planets with defense grids and military installations (including stationary battleships).
Restricted Operations - There is no real reason for us to be here, but if you must, supply a good reason and you are allowed. Don't normally traverse these systems.
Access Denied - There is absolutely no reason for you to be in these systems. Don't go here ever.
Summary:
As the battles with the LPI and LN grew more fearsome, certain fall-back measures were made in case hostile forces should ever overwhelm Ouray and drive the Xenos from Colorado. Nome base in Kepler was carved out of an asteroid, but soon it became apparent that this, too, was not enough. Taking the best of the best Xeno pilots, they built a depot in Tau 45 named "Alamo Base".
The Xeno Guard was born.
At first, they only defended Tau 45, that last stronghold, dealing out swift retribution to any that dared trespass. Entire Navy patrols would disappear, as if into a black hole. However, it soon became evident that such a dedicated, skilled, and deadly force would be best used in other areas as well, namely, offensive capabilities. Soon, an offensive wing was started, the core of the Xeno Guard (therefore, the best of the best), which was authorized to leave Tau 45 to support the Xeno cause.
Flying only the best of Xeno ships, these men and women soon proved themselves again and again as a brilliant augment to any strike force or defensive wing. The pilots of the Xeno Guard, with hair-trigger tempers and lightning reflexes, care not for the expulsion of foreign trade, but instead for the defense of their "regular" brethren as they fight foreign shipping.
Rules
No OOC in system - marked or unmarked. If you have something to say, say it in private or RP
No PVP without RP - fighting for the sake of fighting isn't allowed, let's see some RP there
If your XG gets sanctioned, guess what? You're fired.
Pirating is allowed and strongly encouraged. Just tell the transports to drop all their cargo, see how they react. It's funny.
Never, and I mean NEVER (if you do, I'll kick you to the curb faster than you can say 'sorry') tell someone that has fled to leave the system, EVER. This is one of my biggest pet peeves, so don't do it. PM them if you must, but don't do it in system. Ever.

Ranks: Guard Captain (1) - Leader of the Guard wing, responsible for all members Caleb Swift (Zapp)
Guard Lieutenant (1) - The Captain's right-hand man Vincent Severrn (Vincent)
Pilots (Unlimited) - Not emphasising a rank system, certain members rise in an unknown hiearchy apparent only to those in the Guard due to skill and nerves. However, they're all technically the same - Pilots. Ben Jacobs (Spear) Nicole Conzales (SevereTrinity) James Esseker (AlexBG)
Recruitment: You don't find us, we find you. There is no way to application process. If you'd like to show your stuff off, feel free to start a Xeno Eagle and fly with us.
looks awsome but in diplomacy is it not universal shipping that is rumoured to support the xenos might want to look into it and add them as neutral also fukuoka will connect to Tau-45 in 4.85 might want to change the map to make it patrolable
edit- i just noticed liberty shipping could that be what you mean by universal

Also remember the XA own Tau 45 and are giving the system a -huge- face-lift for next mod edition, so when that happens you may have to change your clan lore/background to something entirely different. Some major components be changing.
