Alright...
ALRIGHT!
That's it...
If your this stubborn to actually find reason to attack us, be my frikkin guest. But i assure you that if you do, youl be blown away so fast that the metal ink on your hull will remain cause it wouldnt know that the ship it was attached to was gone!
The Real Blood Dragons, GC's and Outcasts know of the Neutrality of the Junkers. And they know of the Harvester Alliance.. They are infact the only ones that would ever.. EVER make a difference to us, as your oppinion to me now is worth as much as the nomads that i willingly shoot down..
And you Sir... Are an Idiot!

Sir, While I have more class then to start calling people names, I am not to afraid of your threats of violence, when you cant even maintain control of your own base. What kind of fear should I have from you, when you openly say, the Harvesters can do what they want, and there is nothing you can do about it. Don't be upset with me, because if you had YOUR house in order, none of this would be happening, it is YOUR issues not ours that are causing this, so dont be angry with anyone but yourself. I am again offended at the notion that I am not a "real" Dragon because I am not a member of a faction. I think it is hypocritical for a Junker of all people to make that suggestion, as your society is so dependent on the independent nature.
Hiza Tozomoto, if you continue issuing threats of war and hostility towards junkers, you're going to find a bounty on your head. You cant start a war when you're dead.
Drop the subject, it's your own carelessness that lead to this. If you have an issue still, take it up with the harvesters themselves, though I doubt they'll be keen on listening to an outcast ally. We are not responsible for what happens to your ship outside of our stations. As long as you're holding the stick, it's your job to keep yourself alive - relying on others is a sign of weakness, and by your own code of honor you should be committing seppuku right now for even starting this argument in the first place.

Threats of Violence...
Hmm, let's see now. You actually openly sugested to all Outcasts, GC's and Blood Dragon that should in fact lay siege on Yanagi. That Sir is an threat.
Class you say?
Let's see now.. You have for the last hours or so been complaining that youve been shot down by a Harvester and it's all our fault and demanded that all OC's BD's and GC's should attack us and consider us enemies.. That sir is not class, that's stupidity.
I have my affairs in order when it comes to the location where im in charge of protecting and administrating. I cant say that ive had any huge problems down in bornholm, maybe it's cause your not there making a fuzz..
And when you say we dont have our House in order, i ask you this: We arent the ones attacking you... Why are are you saying it's our fault?
And when i said you werent a real dragon; its cause they can actualyl talk and negotiate, they are in fact civil and have manners, they dont openly acuse someone or a group of being enemies cause they choose to stay alive. You Sir are not in my eyes a real Blood Dragon..
And why i called you an idiot: Its cause you are one!

Do you see what it says in the title of this message? Can you read? It says to the Junkers Congress, well, you are not a member of said organization, and since you all are so fond of bringing up factional affiliation, I don't care to hear your opinion anymore, as it is meaningless. I will await a response from Tinkerbell, as you obviously hold no power in the faction I am speaking to.

Tenacity is a respected member of the Junkers community and also the founder of the Junkers Union. As far as I am concerned he has every right to reply to these threats and accusations. As for Tinkerbell, Im sure he will be with you as soon as possible. I would like to call out to any other Blood Dragon that may stumble upon this message to teach this independant Blood Dragon the real ways of the Dragons or at least get him to understand where "we" as Junkers, and Junker Congress members are coming from.

I am terribly amused that you would suggest to me that you know the ways of my people better than I. You all have shown very poorly of yourselves in this communication, I await Tinkerbell, so as to possibly get a more rational answer to my questions.

RE: YANAGI and HARVESTERS
My apologies for being away. Serious matters required my attention and I return to find more. Fine--let's review:
I have asked for meetings with the Blood Dragons and Outcasts to work out an accord regarding these very things. In each case, louder threats precede from those I ask to meet yet no discussions are held. What do you expect to happen?
The Harvesters do respect the 2 km base limit but this may be a new Harvester who had not fully uploaded its initial protocols. In addition, Harvesters have been known to malfunction during the "learning process". Sometimes this is simply a mistake they learn from, sometimes it is a unit with corrupted programming. Attacks against Junker traffic at Yanagi--or the Harvester itself--would be seen as a threat and would have been responded to as well. It could have been any of the above. I was not present so I can not speak for this Harvester. In a short time, we will have a specific diplomatic channel for Harvester related issues.
The Congressmen present are showing restraint due to the unresolved issues at Yanagi and didn't intervene as we do have an agreement not to attack the Harvesters in return for their not initiating hostility towards us and we have been careful to not antagonize the Dragons or Outcasts by getting involved in combat situations with them.
Now let's move on to the greater issue...Dragons are upset when we don't "jump in" when they are attacked incoming to our neutral base...yet they send a war fleet to attack other traffic doing the very same thing. In those cases, if we intervene, they declare it is hostility and attack Junkers and the base--calling for their allies to join in if they are present. This is bad for business all around and why we have a proposal for Sigma 13.
In addition, the area is swarming with unaligned pirates and bounty hunters not to mention the Wild and the occasional Kusari battleship. All crying "foul" at the Junkers.
We and traffic coming to our base are constantly assaulted by:
The Outcasts
The Wild
Bounty Hunters
The KNF
The Blood Dragons
Independent Pirates and Mercenaries
Yet somehow, we are horrible aggressors destabilizing the system. In fact, we are trying to stabilize it--but that requires specific diplomacy between us--not fleets. The testosterone driven saber rattling continues yet simple dialogue would resolve all these issues.
So: Groups with large numbers of powerful ships can fly around insisting Junkers are their whipping boys and better toe their line or they can sit down at the table with us and work with us to make Sigma 13 a secure place. There are enough threats in Sigma for all of your groups to benefit from cooperating.
I am creating a virtual diplomatic conference in this coming week. We need to have this matter resolved by the next week end else we will exercise other options that have been open to us and no one will benefit from them.
First, let me welcome you Hizi, ahm Haso, ahm Huiboo, ahm... ah, Blood Dragon in the harsh and unfriendly world out here.
Yes, the space is dangerous and very often unlucky incidents take place. If we would move into any war every time, well, noone of us would be here.
So you have had the pleasure to meet the Harvester and it was a lesson for you to learn.
Now notice this: Junker bases are free for everyone (even Xenos and Hogosha in our interrogation chambers) and if a group is around Yanagi, hostile to you, simply wait until they are gone before comming closer. Try it, it works well.
You may call to arms against Junker. Fortunately the decision will be made by commanders with more wisdom, which can see more, than black and white only.
Nevertheless, a Hacker, who is changing a bit in the Harvesters program would be nice. So they follow base commanders orders not to act agressively in the safe zone.
ps.: oh wait, i'm not a member of JC. So ignore if you want.:$
I find it rather amusing that the ones who can pull the strings on the Outcast-Corsair war , can get their strings pulled themselves by the Harvesters...
//Anyways , im sitting through this one. Cant be bothered to argue ...
