Section 9 Kempeitai is conducting it's annual intelligence review of the state police and national security apparatus. This is in response to a number of anomalies within the navy and security departments that have been detected by the Agency, and we are acting to ensure that the Primary Fleet's integrity remains adamant and spotless as it's record has been in the past.
We will be sending agents as part of a compulsory cross-jurisdictional review of the Naval Forces' Primary and Secondary fleets. We will also be dispatching an agent to speak to the Tokketai Liaison officer to brief them on the current nature of security threats known to Section-9 General Headquarters and discuss future joint operations in their mitigation.
We will also require a full and complete roster of all known primary and secondary fleet vessels to ascertain force strength. Such knowledge is vital to ensure planning of defense strategies and equipment purchase allocations for the intelligence department going forward.
We will have our liaison officers meet with the admiralty on Matsue Base at a time to be scheduled.
