This is my first report to the Commissars and it will be a brief one. Today while mining for diamonds with an undisclosed miner Volgograd Industrial came under attack by an LSF agent in Omega 2. They then contacted myself, Military Commissar Rivera, and the SCC Corvette Veympel who swifty engaged the target and was taken down in Stuttgart without any Rhineland Military interference.
Attached are pictures taken by our agents.

Privyet, Comrades
This will be probably one of many entries I will release for you to read and reflect on what the Commissariat and specificly the Coalition is going through in these moments and of course my personal thoughts and views.
Our expansion since former Premier Ben Warner as many might disagree has been 'very' limited. Ever since peace was sought with the Bretonian Government, our place and role in Sirius has been rather mediocre if not completely changed. Do I like where this silence is going? Of course not, but that doesn't mean we have to show aggression towards the decision our current Premier is taking. Nyet, in fact we should handle it more peacefully and voice our opinions. I have been very silent about this specific topic as you all know, me and my comrades have been past a couple Premiers and changes throughout the Motherland. While this situation may have concerned me back then... Now it has become irrelevant because our Commissars do not operate just in a Bubble inside Omegas.
We're carrying out our duty as part of the Sirius Revolution and our Council of Commissars is doing a great job in that and I'm proud of every single one of you that has participiated in many operations across Sirius be it with me or without me. I value my position as the Political Commissar even with my mistakes and successes and I will continue on delivering my Service to the People. But enough about that, I would like to list what we have achieved and where we are in each sector as Commissars, the intelligence of the People's Coalition.
As the current Coalition, we might not be what our ancestors were however I think we still play an important role as a partisan uprising and I hope many of our Comrades value that and have not forgotten of what we represent. A new era, without our previous power we still have shown effort and expanded as such in different Regions. Some of you may remember what we were before inside our isolated small System: New Moscow. We had no Bases outside, nor were we known to the public which may now be in jeopardy. Being unknown has served us quite well in the past couple decades, but that has changed. We've made allies, we've grown stronger but we also exposed ourselves...
I appreciate every Agents work with providing us intel within every House, without them we would've still been isolated in that small corner we call Home. The Omega Union definitly has gave us a stance and a Force to be reckoned with. Hessians, Mollys, our very true and close allies made the plans and work of a Socialist House within the Omegas come true, or at least closer. Losing contact to the Cayman System has definitly hurt us hard, as well if some of you still remember the Omega-50 System. But even with those losses we've gained new Allies, Blood Dragons, Maquis, Council and even strengthened our ties with old Allies like the Order and the Crayter Republic. The question begs, in times like this why did we isolate ourselves? Fear? Disappointments? The Premier mentioned the "Gallic Threat" as if it was something new... The threat was known to us even back with Premier Alvin Katz and we've shown our stance in "We're through with the Monarchies".
Our goal to bring down the Alliance-based Houses and uniting the sector under one Socialist Government hasn't changed, has it? I've always stayed true to the cause and so have many of you, everything else is just politics which the intelligence usualy prefers to stay out of.
I'm coming back to categorizing our efforts in each sector: [Click for Music]
Kusari. The past couple years after we signed the treaty with the Dragons have been, if I can be honest, very vague. It seems the Army forgot that they have allies up in Kusari and the treaty was supposed to be updated once certain things were met. The work and access on the Forward Cannon was supposed to be a mutual cooperation which was not mentioned after the Hurricane was built. In fact, we were planning to hand over a couple Hurricanes to the Dragons once it was completed. Not only that, in my reports we've completely left them alone for a couple years until our Workers from Volgograd Industrial resumed operations up in Omicrons and Kusari refreshing our ties in supplying them with what we've promised back then. Thankfully, they were holding no grudge and appreciated the resuming operations. I myself deployed a group of Agents and Commissars up to Kusari in supporting them not just economically but also with giving them an oppurtunity to have equal forces against their and our enemies. Of course this has rised some tension between other allies as in my eyes they were looking very suspicious at our presence in Kusari be it the Golden Chrysanthemums or even some rebel Dragons within. I'm looking a little bit suspicious about the Order's play in Kusari as it has seem to me they are not very supportive of the current Shogunate. That is only my perception as they've not shown their faces alot when tensions rised between the Sisters and the Dragons. Whatever it is, nobody wants to watch something funny rising within this.
Gallia. The fact that our Industrial Workers found a way to supply Arms up to the Council and Maquis and based on that made a discovery of the new Ore found in Gallia called Molydberum is fascinating. I've personally asigned a couple of our Commissars to watch them and their Security Guards, People's Commissar Dubovik has been personally asigned for this. While we haven't been much in contact with the Council lately or even the Maquis we still are in a consensus that our presence is important not just for intel but also to perform surgical strikes when needed.
Rheinland and Omegas. I don't understand what in the actual Hell is going through the Kusarians mind when they opened a war with Rheinland but I also enjoy them destroying each other *Smiles*. However, the battle has indeed threatened our Convoys over and over again. With the Hessians busy, it has been a nuisance to reach the Sigmas to clear a path into Kusari for the Workers. Other than that, I myself haven't seen much than Corsairs still trying their best to end us with whatever force they can grab. Until now they were unsuccesfull, but there's something smelling bad in the Air. The fact that they joined the Gallics in the War makes me suspicious of which other ties they may have with whomever. Definitly gotta keep an eye on that, Agents, whatever it may cost keep a good eye on what allies the Corsairs are making.

I happened upon a interesting anomaly today in the Galileo system. It seemed to be a Jumphole leading to an unknown system, one I had never seen before. From my exploration of the system it seems to be completely covered by asteroids of different sizes with two planets orbiting a small brown dwarf. One of the planets was a large gas giant which was above the cover of asteroids and the other was a much smaller gas giant which was covered by a nebula. Upon further inspection the gas giant was creating the nebula as it slowly collapsed in on itself. As far as I could gather this system was connected to Galileo and Bering, but the holes were quite unstable so any attempt to form a base was out of the question.
As I was concluding my sweep of the system I came across a wreck of a very old exploration vessel and a Junker Congress member named Rell. From what I could gather and from what the Junker told me about his findings was that the ship was originally from sent from Rheinland sometime during the second century and was using an experimental Liberty engine. The ships engine broke down soon after then arrived in the area and were quickly bombarded by asteroids leaving them adrift. As one of their final acts they named this system Laptev. The ship had nothing left on board but the emergency power was still running as well as a interesting ball and chain insignia on the side which me and the Junker had no idea who it belonged to.
Attached are pictures taken during the exploration.
This concludes my report.
