Frankly, I dont know where to begin, but I'm disgusted with the behavior that Order Officers have been demonstrating the past few days.
Yes, our treaty with liberty is no longer in effect - but that does not give you the right to invade Liberty space, open fire on every Liberty ship in range, and kill hundreds of innocents just because you've got a grudge. That behavior will not be tolerated from Officers in The Order.
We exist to protect humanity, all of it, from alien threats. There is absolutely no reason for us to go on an offensive against Liberty unless an infected target has been identified, and if that is the case we send in operatives to take care of the situation with precision and stealth - We do not send fleets of Osiris Battleships into an area overflowing with civilian and non-hostile craft to take out singular targets.
You should all be ashamed of yourselves, you have demonstrated that you dont have the slightest inkling of what it means to be an Officer of The Order. Liberty may not like us, but that doesnt mean we get to harm or endanger innocents. We will destroy them if they come into our home territory, but not at any other time are Order Vessels authorized to open fire except in self defense.
You should be out taking care of the nomads, and the bounty hunters who wage war directly against us, not wrecking Liberty stations and vessels for "fun".
This is your only warning. I will speak to the admirals of Black Squadron on the matter, and come to a decision on what form of punishment further infractions of Order Operating Procedures will lead to.

Finally some common sense coming from the order. The treaty was lost the day it was signed, an agreement can never be held by your reckless pilots. However, i do appreciate your concern about liberty's citizens. And i respect your decision, commander.
As a treaty may never happen, i do hope that attacks like these will stop, and the fighting will be kept away from the people of liberty.
A final note, commander.. this attack won't go unpunished.

I dont take kindly to your threats, Director. Our Officers were wrong to take action into their own hands and in doing so endanger innocent civilians, but if you bring war to Order space, you'll only be sacraficing more of your men. If anything, isolate and kill the corrupted or renegade members who actively attack your state,

I know the Pilots was false to attack Liberty and I dont say they dont have to punish for it BUT How often I saw a LSF or Navy tagged ships in Order Terretory I will not tolerate Navy or LSF ships in Order Space longer if they not leave after i say so I will kill them. Maybe they have there reasons to be there but if we not go into there space they should do the same and stay out of Order Space.

Captain Night, two wrongs do not make a right. You're right, we cannot tolerate Liberty vessels in our territory - but their actions do not give us the right to invade a heavily populated system and put innocent lives at risk for nothing more than personal vendetta.
You are fully authorized to destroy any liberty ships that enter Order space, but we cannot have our vessels waltzing through New York blowing up everything that gets in the way.
We have worked for over a decade to try and stop this senseless war with Liberty. The only reason we are at war is because Liberty thinks we are terrorists - what kind of impression do you think sending three battleships plus escort fighters and bombers into New York makes? The actions taken by the Order Pilots and Officers in New York today have set us back years in negotiations with Liberty Forces; and past that, we had three of our valuable Osiris Battleships and several of our fighters endangered for no gain.
Our task is to fight alien threats, not other humans who are to ignorant to see that we're trying to help them.

Sorry for the 'misunderstanding' Sir, I myself am a new (2 days in from enlistment) pilot within the ranks of the Order, so when numerous highly ranked Order Battleship Captains decide to mount an attack on liberty... i am sorry to say i thought it was fine to participate.

I never was in NY with the Papyrus the only system I Entered was Alaska. For my knowledge the Papyrus never found its way to NY exept the Order High command take it to a mission without inform the Captain of these Ship.
Or maybe your informations are wrong.
Anyway in my opinoin I have lost my confidence in you and the ORder command cause Captains and Order members get punished too for the faults of otheres. At this way it not work sry to say that but so the Order members will lost all there confidence in the Order and its Command.
