Greetings from the Kusari Naval Forces and the Republic of Kusari.
My name is Ishikawa Hideaki, rear-admiral of the Naval Forces, and I contact you regarding our recent operations in the deep Omicrons and subsequent encounters with your forces.
We respect the Influence of your organization in that part of Sirius and wish to give you a short summary about the extent and goals of our operations there.
The 66th is a separate division in the naval forces, focused on recon and research. As such they mainly operate beyond the borders of Kusari.
Currently, their main task is to keep watch on the Order and the nomad threat, but also to learn more about these aliens.
I do not think any of our operations would come in conflict with the Core's interests in the region and I think we can peacefully coexist as we have done in the past.
Indeed, I even think our presence will also help keeping the Omicrons more secure in light of terrorist organizations such as the Order.
We hope you agree with this sentiment and look forward to your reply.
I've glad you've finally sent me a transmission regarding this, so that we can finally document your presence in the Omicrons. We look forward to further cooperation in the Edge Worlds, I hope you stick to our laws. In the coming days a channel will be created whereby the 66th will be expected to submit a light report of their activities. We would like to keep track of what you are doing for securities sake.
I would also like you to inform me of any capital ships you will be bringing here as well as their callsigns/designations.
The Naval Forces will be permitted to freely make use of Dabadoru Station and Capetown Station if they need facilities to dock on.
I think you somehow misunderstood our position.
Of course we will try to keep our operations within the rules you have defined for that space. However, do not expect reports of our activities.
We will cooperate with your forces and not get in their way, but when or how we enter the omicrons is at our own discretion.
Should we meet your forces during an operation we will of course coordinate our operation with them to make sure nothing unexpected happens.
If we don't... there's no harm done, is there?
Very well, your refusal to submit a report is understandable, however this is merely for your safety. If possible we would like the KNF to submit a small period transmission just so that we can know of your status within the Edge Worlds. I'd hate for anything bad to happen to you, and out here The Core may be the only trustworthy friends you can find. Whether you submit reports or not I will still allow you to make use of our bases if you need to resupply and refuel. If you meet Core forces on an operation then it is expected that you work with them to ensure maximum safety for both parties.
I am still expecting you to submit information of any capital ships you are bringing with you into the Edge Worlds. A simple callsign and ship class will suffice.
