To the Directorate of Borderworld Exports, specifically the Exploration and Security division,
Good evening. I wished to make a quick letter of commendation for two of your pilots today.
I should begin by explaining that the pilots in question where quick to respond to a call for help in destroying a Gallic "Valor" class battleship. A Colonial cruiser was already engaged, and backing up by multiple Exile vessels. When the call for assistance came through, I fired up my bomber, and was joined by two of my officers. I then found that two of your ExSec members had already launched and fired up in the direction of Leeds. These two pilots where Sian Breacon and James Calhoun. They immediately offered to act as my eyes on the Gaul, and the fight at large, moving ahead to get a better view on the situation.
I am writing to commend the two pilots, named above, as their service to the Armed Forces, and to Bretonia and it's allies, was exemplary. May they be recognised for this.
Good work Bowex.

Honourable Admiral,
I am overjoyed to hear the Exploration and Security division is performing well enough to warrant a personal commendation from the Fleet Admiral herself. I have already dispatched bonuses for exemplary performance to the persons involved, but they were further honoured by having their hard work recognized.
Consider this a sign of Bowex's commitment to the proposed Civil Defense Initiative. As the primary suppliers of the front, we consider it our duty to immediately respond to Gallic threats.
Carina, Regina, Imperatrix.
