This is Albert Profrock of the Alster Union speaking as the representator of our high council to report that we have decided to offer an urgent hand of friendship to our former allies RHA, in the name of all Hessians.
We have been through a hardship to settle down after the latest evolution comandeered by our great leader who is willing to keep our relations at best with the entire revolutionists of Rheinland.
The time has come to initiate the negotiations for the future of this important relationship.
Thus, we are offering RHA the docking privileges of our former and future bases and a fresh patch of Arbeiters once their production are finalized. In return, our council seek the same docking privileges of Vogtland and direct access to Hessian snubs, namely Thor, in order to compensate the lack of our current arsenal.
I and my colleagues strongly hope and believe that our relationship will strenghten in time, and the oppressors will fail against the immune bond we establish.
For the Union!

Ahh yes, the rising Alster Union. It is good to see that the Unioners have put the mistakes of the past behind them. It is only fitting that we begin cooperation once again. On to your points:
We do maintain a fair surplus of our Thor bombers for emergencies, and we are willing to share those ships as long as they serve against the Rheinland government. While the currently employed Thor Mk I craft may not quite be up to specifications, a redesign is in plans that will considerably boost it's abilities. I advise to wait with requisition until said redesign is completed. I can assure you that we look forward to evaluating the combat capabilities of your new design just as much. Let them serve the revolution well.
Docking rights will of course be granted. Feel free to use any free docking ports on Vogtland to repair and refuel. Hopefully this will allow our forces to work together more closely in these coming times.
