Greetings Humanity, inhabitants of what you have designated the 'Sirius Sector.' Our resources have shown you are of sufficient Technological level and mental capability to construct a small history of the Creators, what you translate as 'Dom-Ke-Vosh.'
Through your escape that our data indicates you made roughly 800 years ago, you escaped a civil war with another part of your species. Since then, Your kind has prospered and spread itself across hundreds of light years of space with your 'Jump-gate' Structures. As long as you consider this method an efficient means of travel, there is little hope for you. However, circumstances among our kind have forced us into contact.
The 'Nomads,' as you call them, were awakened by your presence. Many of us- them... Wished your destruction. The genocide that your kind would endure if they persist is unspeakable. Such pathetic, vile creatures they thought, daring to intrude upon there holy and sacred land.
So war was declared. Thankfully, due to efforts of many of your kind and those called 'The Order,' the invasion was repelled, with the bulk of there forces sent into a type of portal, a Supergate designed by the creators to traverse great distances, an accomplishment your enemies could never match.
However, you know all this already. Prehaps it is time we identify ourselves. Your 'Sirius' was not the only home inhabited and abandoned by the Creators. Many more, hundreds, thousands, to many even for our kind to hope to encounter. And the Nomads were not the only creation. We are aware of seventeen species the Creators have left behind, and we are one of them. We are the T'ken.
The Supergate you opened transported the Nomad forces into our sector of the Galaxy, at the time we were only aware of Sixteen species, the Nomads became the Seventeenth. At first, we welcomed our lost brothers, giving them supplies and repairs. However, after learning much of there journey, we concluded there kind had committed an act behind forgiveness, attempting to bring another species to extinction.
We reopened the Supergate and made contact with what forces were left of the Nomads. We attempted to create a peace, to stop the fighting between your people and the Nomads. These attempts failed, and we knew your forces would be to weak to fight back a second war. We had no choice, we intervened.
The other fifteen species were either to weak, to far away, or care to little to give any sort of assistance. We sent in warships, established a line of defense to attempt to fight the Nomads back once at for all. However, peace for thousands of years left us weak and unready for combat. We never fully held them back, hundreds of them make it past our line of defense every day. These are the forces you encounter, but a fraction of there true force.
In recent times, interference from certain factions, such as 'Out-Casts' as you call them have weakened our lines further. Not only this, but the increasing size of the Nomad army has left more and more of there ships getting through every day. Soon, we fear we will no longer be able to hold them off, and parish, you along with us. So that is why this unprecedented action was taken, first contact with your kind.
After gaining as much information as possible about your bodies, computer systems, and other items we managed to find a way to communicate with your kind in a language you could comprehend. But this method is not perfect. This message was translated via a supercomputer over the course of several hours. Standard ships transmissions will appear distorted, perhaps unreadable. We can only prey you understand.
The ultimate goal of this transmission is an alliance, between our kind, the T'ken, and Humanity. Alone, the nomads will surely drive both of us into oblivion. However, with our technology enhancing your vessels, and your forces working with hours, there is a chance that we could, through some miracle, emerge victories.
One of our kind, designated Sehim, has been sent to Liberty sector to make contact. Expect him soon, and please, consider our offer. Either we taste victory together, or we die Together.

As Junkers, we are wary of "self proclaimed allies"--yet this transmission has an air of credulity to it.
The Junker Congress has identified Nomads as exactly this sort of threat and the Wild as part of them. What is at stake is whether or not humanity will remain human or merely become cattle for an amoral and no inherently evil species that has concept or regard for "individual" life.
We welcome any technologies you are willing to share and invite further communication. Let the Junkers of the Junker Congress be the first to welcome you and we are open to futher discusions regarding alliances, exchange of information, base usages, etc.
At your convenience.

The T'ken empire thanks the Junkers for any support given in this matter. The vessel we have sent, Sehim, requires a location for his vessel to rest and mantain critical functions after the long journey from our homeland to your space. Hacking into a jumpgate guarding a supposedly 'secret' system is a childs work.
Still, We request the Junker Congress to allow Sehim to land his ship at the Junker base in New York. Of course, no weapons of significant power are mounted, the ships primary weapon systems were taken off and replaced with far simpler versions, though those themselves will be removed at request. Once docked we can begin discussing your terms.
Expect Sehim to contact Liberty officials within 24 hours.
