Good day misters, this is Captain Sid Fire of the HMS-Oxford.
I've Known of your Operation Balance and I've thought about helping you.
Today, I've been in Dundee system and I've gone to hunt gallics, destroying some ships.
The prisoners have been transfered in the BPA newgate as specified in your Trasmission.
I wasn't alone: 2 Indipendent HMS, [HMS]_Victory_II and [HMS]_Rose have contribuited about the hunting. I don't remember how much Gallics have taken but I think that the most of the work have been made by them.

Brave captain,
You might have not noticed that the message was directed to the Primary Fleet. The Oxford, the Victory II and the Rose are part of the Secondary. We have nothing against Secondary Fleet vessels assisting the Primary ones, but please have in mind that the reward is meant only for the latter. I wish we had enough funding to reward the prior as well, but in that case the Kingdom of Gallia's covetous tentacles would have been long since ridden or cut off.
Nevertheless, we still appreciate if you continue supporting our ships in the system. We cannot increase all the salaries, but if we work closely together, we will win the best reward that there is -- our homeland.
Long live the Queen.

Noble captain,
You may transfer them to any of our stationed battleships, such as the York for example. You can also transfer them to the BPA Newgate in the Manchester System. Both installations will pay you a bounty, but our reserves in the BAF|Armoury are limited and only for Primary Fleet use.
However, since you brought up the question about their consideration on the list, you did make us think. We were not planning the Secondary Fleet to be involved, but I suppose that we can make a special list for captains and pilots captured by them.
Long live Queen Carina the First.
