I am Dr Violet Burbank and pleased to be taking the lead on Wisp's exciting project to construct and operate a new dedicated state-of-the-art xenomicrobiology laboratory at Atka Research Station. Once complete, this laboratory will replace ageing facilities and provide a unique pharmaceutical research-space for some of the most talented biochemists in the Sirius sector.
Construction of this facility will require a large amount of building materials, laboratory equipment, and laboratory consumables before it is operational. The construction and preparation for operation will proceed through three stages.
This project will require the assistance of third party suppliers, and the below list will be updated throughout the progression of the project. Any suppliers wishing to work on this contract should record time-stamped delivery receipts and relay them through this channel. I am sure it goes without saying that you must have a neutral-friendly reputation with Cryer Pharmaceuticals, and that we reserve the right to request visual confirmation of your rep-card and ID papers before approving any payments.
Please also ensure that you have the relevant licences for any hauling operations undertaken. Wisp Innovations accepts no responsibility for losses or damages incurred due to non-compliance with local laws.
Currently required deliveries:
Stage 1: Laboratory Outfitting - $1,500 delivery bonus per unit
Full air filtration:
8,000 / 8,000 Xenobiotic Filters
12,000 / 12,000 Industrial Materials
Stage 3: Media Ingredients - $1,000 delivery bonus per unit/$650 additional bonus for named organisations (Takarabune Conglomerate ships are applicable for the additional $650 bonus on all items)
Information required is a time-stamped visual delivery receipt per delivery to Atka Research Station, and a total number of units delivered per report. If you have any questions about any aspect of this project please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Best Wishes,
Violet Burbank

Hello Dr. Burbank,
I'm Sombra Hookier and I'm captaining a "Shukensha" Renzu Liner, the "Fat Girl", which is modified for transporting hazardous goods. We usually work for Orbital Spa and Cruise - here's my ID - or Detroit Munitions when needed, and I see I am the right person for your job offer. My ship can haul up to 3850 freight units per trade run.
So, you're expanding your outpost in 17? We'll be more than glad to chip in.
Reputation? We have an ongoing contract with Detroit Munitions who has far more stringent standards than what you are issuing. Look, if we were playing dirty tricks or anything,
Regards,
Wallace Binghamton

Konnichiwa Violet Burbank-san, of Wisp Innovations. Takarabune Conglomerate, commercial representative Hebishima speaking. We are Kusarian based commercial group that has deals in various markets, namely agriculture and marine fields, as well as light industry and small forays into technical research.
We have observed Cryer and more recently Wisp exploits with some degree of interest, and a business opportunity like this would allow us to put that interest into practice. While the standard reputation between Cryer and Hogosha affiliated companies is not stellar, I believe that it is not an impediment for a mutually profitable cooperation.
As soon as you provide us with a positive reply to our proposal, we will procure most of the commodities that you need. The prices proposed are promising, and the amount contracted is reasonable for our current fleet.
Just a notice that due to our policy of avoiding deals with Bretonian companies, it will be unlikely that we may provide the requested Xenobiotic Filters, as their production is quite restricted.
May the Fortunes provide you with inspirational days to come.
Hebishima, singing off.
Good day Ms Hookier, and thank you for contacting us.
I can see that you are certainly an ideal business partner in this enterprise. You obviously appreciate the work we do, and we in return appreciate acknowledgement of the difficult job we do trying to keep one step ahead of the next pandemic.
The materials we require for this project are not Wisp's usual business, hence our need for third party contractors to find the best manufacturers. Unfortunately I cannot provide you with the most suitable locations for the purchase of these goods except that Xenobiotic Filters are only available from Cold Bay Depot in Hudson as far as I am aware. Of course we will be happy to make inquiries if any of the materials we require turn out to be particularly difficult to come by.
Details of the commodities needed for construction are outlined in my initial transmission on this channel, please make sure to check this list regularly whenever you are working on this contract, as we will update it regularly as deliveries are made.
I look forward to working with you Ms Hookier, and hope to meet you in person when you visit our facility.
Best Wishes,
Violet Burbank

It sounds like you are familiar with Sigma-17, and local knowledge is a quality we appreciate in our contractors.
Unfortunately the majority of Detroit Munitions' channel is highly encrypted, but assuming you have sufficient rep-card status to get docking clearance at our station you are free to begin deliveries. I would of course hope we have no reason to worry about any "dirty tricks".
I will inform our docking master to expect your deliveries, and we hope this signals the start of a good working relationship with your company. Good day to you Mr Binghamton, and thank you in advance for your assistance on this project.
Best Wishes,

It is always a pleasure to hear from our neighbours in Kusari.
Your reputation is widespread, so of course I am familiar with the Takarabune Conglomerate's name. Our current relationships with the Hogosha Association are, as you say, not exactly stellar, but I am sure your assistance with this project will be viewed most favourably by the Board of Directors.
I am pleased you find our terms satisfactory, and we will be requiring similar work after Stage 1 of our laboratory re-fit is completed. Regarding your reluctance to work with Planetform Incorporated for the purchase of xenobiotic filters, that is completely understandable considering the Bretonian Government's legal stance towards Kusari-based businesses. Rest assured this will not have a negative impact on our relationship.
The beginning of a new friendship is always an exciting time, and I can see a bright future and mutual benefit from our working together. Goodbye for now Mr Hebishima.
Best Wishes,
Violet Burbank

Hello again,
we have already hauled 3850 units of Xenobiotic Filters from Hudson to Atka. Also, 25000 (+1950) units of industrial materials have been delivered to Atka. That being said, you can already begin with the construction of the Biosafe entry systems.
We will now carry on with the shipping of Xenobiotic Filters from Hudson.
See the attachement section for all logs.

It's me again.
We managed to complete the Delivery of all the Xenobiotic Filters you wanted. 10500 (+1050) units. You can also begin with the construction of the full air filtration system.
That's probably it for today. Tomorrow I will start to look out for a deuterium source. I guess it will be far more easier than getting Hydrogen Cyanide.
By the way, the pay due is at 53.250.000 Credits right now. ((8.000 Xenobiotic Filters + 12.000 Industrial Materials + 2.500 Xenobiotic Filters + 13.000 Industrial Materials) x 1.500 Credits = 53.250.000 Credits)
