Mr. Hickok,
I have to thank you very, very much for your help. The meeting with the Lane Hackers was a success, and I don't know if that would have been possible without you. Since you didn't want me to pay you, I took the liberty to leave a little present for you at the Beaumont Base in Texas. I don't know whether and what kind of drinks you enjoy, so have fun with a small variety of the best drinks from all over sirius.
I hope the madness in the Omicrons will somehow end with a peaceful solution, although I doubt that will happen in the near future.
Also...
You said we could use Puerto Rico as a hiding place. To be honest, chances are high that we actually will need to do that. You know, I told about the ship stealing thing to leave the Core. I don't remember whether I told you it's about a battleship. You know, a Mako-class battleship. I'm sure that changes the thing a bit, because battleships are a bit harder to hide.
Finn McCool of the Confederation of Freeports allowed us to do a quick repair at the Livadia Shipyards after stealing the ship from Core's grip, but that will only help us for a short while. You know, the CoF has good reason to not trust us that easily, and that's their good right to do so. So I wanted to ask you, maybe you can use your connections and ask the owners of the Vieques Shipyard if they would allow us to use the shipyard for repairs and resupplying. Of course, we would pay for all the things we need. I have to admit, that's one of the few good things about the Core: Me and my crew got paid very well for hunting down nomads.
I can assure you we will keep this in secret. I don't want Junkers to get into trouble for helping Core-defectors. Now that the Lane Hackers gave us this transmission encryption matrix, there's little to no chance that Core, or anyone except the Lane Hackers themselves, will intercept our transmissions.

Howdy,
Good to be hearin from you. Offer fer safe shelter within Puerto Rico still stands. Any friend of the Zoners is a friend I'd like to make, specially if'n CoF is willin to help y'all. I've got to be honest with y'all though. The Junker reputations y'all've heard is mostly true. We ain't always haulin what folks would term "legal". I know y'all've got them Core values an I don't aim fer us to be at odds. I jus want y'all to be aware of what yer walkin in to. Puerto Rico is our safe haven as well an I can't have yer folks tryin to police us an whatnot. If'n yer keen on lookin the other way when yer in Puerto Rico, I'm keen on lettin y'all stay. I got a feelin this ain't goin to be a problem with y'all, seein how you sought us an them Hackers out. If'n yer reputation ain't good enough with the Puerto Rico Junkers (//Guard) I'd be happy to add yer ship names (// or faction tag) to our stations. I'm lookin forward to seein you 'gain.
Sincerely,
Wild Bill, Deputy Arbiter Junker Congress

Mr. Hickok,
it's great to hear you're willing to support our cause. I'll remember that. And I can assure you: Junker do their stuff and we do ours. I didn't join Core to play police. Guess you have already enough trouble with paranoidic LPI officers and Navy soldier who think they need to get on your nerves. Believe me, I know how they behave. They were often enough visiting Curacao and... well. I don't want to waste your time with those stories. All I'm saying is: Thank you. And of course we will play along your rules, since we will be your guests in Puerto Rico.
By the way, the ship's name is Apahanta. (// although, it'll be The.Apahanta in near future, since people get confused thinking that also could be the name of the captain, so let's just wait till it's done) I'll contact you again when time has come.
