Comrades, we're happy to announc that Worker Aleksander Krikov has hereby been promoted to Direktor. His courage in delivering most of the Cargos supplied to our allies was fascinating and his managing skills in situations where the enemy is front door was outstanding. Keep up the good work Comrade! Dismissed.
Buenos Dias and Privyet to any on this channel. I hope I am clearly understood, my signal seems to be weak after all these years, I may need to get a new transmitter when I can.
This is, former VI pilot of the Rosario, Leon Gutierrez. I say former because it has been almost a year since my return to this channel and public transmission. A lot has happened, and my old freighter, the Rosario is out of commission. I was intercepted in a daily trade run to the Rhineland, by some heavy naval forces on my way to RHA hideouts. I was able to evacuate as my ship was exploding, jettisoning out on the escape pods located on it. Eventually I woke up and I was saved by some RHA pilot, named Mehring on Ronneburg Base but, without ships and without credits, I had to stay for a while in the Rhineland to earn my way out. I ended up doing civilian odd jobs, as a way to lay low and gather myself nearly losing my life, so here I am. Still using this old transmitter in my helmet in hopes I get a response.
If anyone from V.I command hears this, I've saved enough to get back to Volgograd and return to my duties.
Today we had a somewhat of a rough yet successful convoy with three *VI-CPS ships. We had the Tsarist, Murmansk and my own, Obrero.
We tried to deliver Kenwar Munitions to Canaria, but we were aprehended by a Core battleship, forcing us to jettison all our cargo. We then were forced to arrive to Dublin emtpy handed, where we picked up some gold from a friendly miner who decided to also escort us into Kusari. We delivered the gold to Chugoku base for the Blood Dragons successfully, but unfortunately one of our ships - the Murmansk - was intercepted by a Kusari Battleship and was blown to shreds leaving only two of us to continue the convoy. From here we picked up another escort from the |SCC|, a Typhoon, whom escorted us to the Helium-3 fields located in Sigma-59, where we delivered the Helium to Akabat, concluding our grand convoy.
I was not able to catalog all the events but below are some photos
Greetings to all citizens of the Coalition and workers of Volgograd Industrial.
Since my appointment to the position in which I am exercising today, I have decided to bring about a new standard of transparency behind our Economic efforts. Since the beginning of the NEP by former Premier Alvin Katz, Volgograd Industrial was born out of the ashes of War Communism; out of the womb of an exhausted Mother, our Coalition. From the Duma's appointment of the first Chairman to this state corporation, Jeremy Porter, an expectation was set upon Volgograd Industrial to be the flagship driver of the growth and prosperity for the Coalition. Now my whole focus, as was with my predecessors , is to continue that proud service that we bring about to all citizens of the Coalition. I have focused my efforts to ensure the rise of Volgograd Industrial so through it, the Coalition's prosperity will be felt by all.
Therefore I'd like to present my first report to you all. Volgogard Industrial since the beginning of this month has been slowly organizing and devising archives of it's work to be reviewed and overlooked by the administration of Volgograd Industrial stationed on Planet Volgograd. We have set out monthly goals to begin focusing our efforts within the Coalition first and slowly branch out to all of Sirius. Our first operation, dubbed " Volgograd Rising " was to aimed at recruitment and obtaining contracts in which to stimulate the economy with. We have since then, recruited a total of three new pilots meeting, and achieved over 9 different contracts by various factions such as: Mollys, Gaians, Coalition, Hessians, The Order and more. With the success of this operation, Volgograd Industrial has begun another classified operation. This brought in a successful amount of Social credits.
With the closing of our operation and contracts, Volgograd Industrial has earned a total collective earning of 718,872,000 million credits. Costs were also incurred as a special demand for money was made on behalf of the Duma to continue funding on-going efforts within Coalition space, of about 500 million credits. Along with paying for our escorts to ensure the safety of our transport ships, we have incurred a total cost of 646,000,000 million credits. The difference between our summed collective earnings and our incurred costs, has left about 71,872,000 million Social Credits left to be kept away in Volgograd in a state owned and centralized banking system located near the Kremlin, in what I will refer to as "The People's Bank "
Volgograd Industrial will continue it's service to the Coalition as a state-run corporation overseen by myself and the Duma to ensure continual growth of our economy, along branching our great industry to all corners of Sirius. With that, I'd like to conclude my report.
Comrades of Volgograd Industrial. In order to scale with our growth, instructions were given to introduce two new individuals who will help manage Volgograd Industrial, given their experience and expertise, please welcome our two new acting interim directors! They will oversee operations dealing with logistics or organizing the security forces.
As Interim Director of Security: Boris Ivanov ( @Novascova ) and as Interim Director of Logistics: Jibril Hassan ( @"MilanK" )
Please congratulate comrades when you pass by them.
Attention All workers of Volgograd Industrial. Special news announcement
By order of the Minister of Plenty, we are reporting to all Volgorad employees the following news in relation to the state of the economy, and some new promotions. We will begin by an opening report on revelation of a new base of operations organized by the office of the Minister of Plenty.
Iskra Outpost, Omega-2
Volgograd Industrial has ramped up efforts in it's industrial sector and transportation. With heavy scrutiny, and secrecy, a new base of operations has opened in Omega-2 to act as a trading outpost between all coalition allies, and those neutral to the State and open to trade. This outpost named "Iskra" or "The Spark", will be playing a key role in centralizing trade efforts throughout this part of Sirius. This outpost will be providing uncut diamonds and other exclusive resources, along with importing resources from allies outside of Coalition space to bring inward to sustain the further growth of our homeland. It is under constant surveillance by Volgograd Industrial Security forces to ensure that it's secrecy from those outside the Coalition or her allies is maintained. It is also strongly encouraged to all workers, do not disclose the location of this base to those who are not already allies. Day-to-Day operations will be managed by our newest directores.
Volgograd Industrial continuals seeks individuals to step up to the mantle and to take charge where ever they can. With recent growth of Volgograd Industrial in the past few months, two workers have agreed to take up new responsibilities and have been appointed to their new roles. Comrades Boris and Hasan are now Volgograd Industrial's new Director of Security and Director of Logistics. They have been written their new statements reflective of their new positions.
Here is what they have to say.
Quote:
"Greetings Komrades, I am Boris Ivanov recently appointed Chief of Security for Volgograd Industrial. I am thankful for the Minister of Plenty to give me such an unexpected promotion. With this new promotion I plan to do everything in my power to protect Volgograd Industrial's interests across Sirius."
" Some have asked me if I am happy to be appointed as interim Director of Logistics. Of course I am, my dear friends. León entrusted me with this charge for he knows he can rely on me most of the times. And also because we have a lot to achieve in logistics. You see, I am, we are Volgograd Industrial's beating heart. And Volgograd Industrial is itself the Coalition's beating heart, as well as its economic warfare branch. I expect from our workers full dedication to the Industrial Revolution goals through hard work, perseverance and vodka for those who enjoy it. My office is always open to anyone needing to speak to me. Now let's resume the task at hand, comrades "
Director of Logistics. Jibril Hasan ( @"MilanK" )
Volgograd Industrial has great hopes for our comrades who have taken up these new roles, in which will be assisting the Minister in the state of the economy. Anyone interested in joining the Security forces of Volgograd Industrial will now have to report to Boris Ivanov,. Those who wish to join with their transport vessels should report to Jibril Hasan. This leads to our final part, the bi-weekly state of the economy.
For the past two weeks, Volgograd Industrial has been working around the clock on the new operations and five new contracts requested by various entities. In the building of Iskra Outpost and the upgrade to the station,V. I incurred costs which have reached around 188 million social credits. With contracts now underway, a total earning of 146,837,500 million social credits has been reported. This has created a deficit of -41,162,500 million social credits which the People's Bank has been ordered to cover with money to be returned as soon as profit has been made. This has reduced total treasurey in the people's bank to a now total of 59,263,000 million social credits based on the profits made last month as reported by the Minister of Plenty. This concludes this bi-weekly report.
We thank all comrades for their continous hard work in Volgograd Industrial, and for the continual growth and success of the Coalition and her industrial might. This concludes our special announcement.
This draws a conclusion to the news announcement. You may now return to work.
Dear friend, comrade and Minister of Plenty León Gutiérrez,
I hope you are still awake at this time and back from your convoy.
I am reaching to you to inform you about a strange request I just received from SCC. It seems that the Coalition has made new friends among the people of Malta, some kind of a local Communist Party I guess.
Anyhow, the demands are so unusual that, while having no doubts about our current industrial capacities, I thought I should ask for your guidance on what to do next, as I am pretty sure we have no knowledge about Outcast technology.
Hek, here is the full extent of the issue. No need to specify that everything contained there is CONFIDENTIAL. Enjoy the espionage world, I am personally a bit lost.
I will stay awake until you reply.

Compañero Hassan,
Thank you for relaying this to me. After thoroughly reading I see the Commissariat comrades are up to something big. I am familiar with this group given our contract in the Taus. We have had to delay our efforts in assisting them given our priority being shifted towards Iskra and the Blood Dragons. It is one thing to deliver supplies, but what it is he is requesting is construction of a ship - that is another issue. We cannot risk further straining our current capacity which is tied up in contracts and maintaining Iskra, so it will not be something we can take on alone. Yet, they are not a group we will want in our systems for the time being until we understand them further, despite what the Commissars are up to. Nonetheless, I think we can still help.
I will reach out to the Blood Dragons, and see if we can pull some strings in having them assist us with Whisper and his comrades. Perhaps there is a way to send representatives and meet in Kusari to then see if there is any ship yard facility disposable up there under Blood Dragons' control. If they do have such a thing, it will be best that M.O.A have their assets built there.
Good work Director. I foresee you having to relocate to Kusari for a time if all goes well..
Minister of Plenty,
Leon Gutierrez
