They serve only to assist in base supplying and cannot be used INRP against the base. If you do see a ship dock with contraband and undock without it, you can 100% use that against both the transport and the base INRP.

Trade Ships docking during a hostile player encounter are not considered to have been "killed". QUESTION: If the agressor(s) that have engaged and killed me, logged off the server, am I allowed to return to the system that I was killed in?
