Commander,
Having your rank in mind, it is evident that you have proven yourself. Most importantly, you are now in position to give orders to many other Armed Forces personnel, which fits the dignity that your origin should imply. You may call yourself by your name now. I will support you.
While i am truly happy for the recognition and by your support, Sir Hall, this may prove a stressful situation in the diplomatic efforts with Liberty. Thus i am forced now to take steps in order to prevent that. The Crayterians.. are a whole different issue at the moment, but i expect little to no problems, since many of the records of my service with them have been deleted or wiped out during the Gallic invasion of Tau-44, but they may have still people in their service that may remember my name, so it remains a possibility.
And there is the last remaining issue. There will be questions from the Admiralty, the House and the Empire.
Are you prepared to withstand that at my side, Sir Hall?

Commander,
I think that everyone relevant from the parties you have mentioned would prefer seeing you on their or their allies' side, than kept forgotten in some pit.
