Hey look, buddy, chasing what amounts to civilians out of Kusari does not reflect well on the economic well-being of your fledgling Republic. The part where you completely ignored the Blood Dragon Cruiser I was trying to bait was also something of a black mark.
All right, with my God-given right as a civilian to gripe done, let's get to talking about what I believe you have done wrong in this situation. Basically, it's more griping, but done in a formal manner. Let's be honest here.
My first bit has to do with the fact that I work for a goddamn corporation, and there are those of us that need to haul goods and take down criminals to survive, man. The fact that I had none of your citizens, criminals that they may be, in my hold when you met me should be proof of my non-violent intentions.
Of course, the fact that I was telling the complete truth when you pulled me over before making an assumption that I was some smuggler (as though I would stoop to being a petty crook), may have weighed into your decision to try to remove me from Kusari instead of calling in, say, heavy support, it still rankles that you're going to try to expel those who are trying to be good guests by trying to help curb the terrorist problem you seem to be having.
An interesting bit is that I head up Precinct D branch of Liberty Police, Incorporated. In case this isn't clear enough, it means that we are just as much of a corporation as Interspace Commerce, simply with a few rights and responsibilities given to us by the House of Liberty to only be carried out in Libertonian Space. Last I checked, all I, or anyone, really, can do in your neck of the woods without angering someone in power is defend myself against the odd pirates and terrorists that confront me.
Hopefully, we can not have such a faux-pas happen again, as I simply cannot trust outsiders to do a job properly and/or discreetly, as the circumstances require, and the Republic of Kusari happens to be the sole producer of certain goods I need, and will need in the future.

Konnichiwa, "officer" Burnout of Precinct D. By your statement, a branch of LPI, widely recognized Law enforcement agency of Liberty, for public or private concerns. My name is Yamada Kei, officer of communications within the Kusari Naval Forces.
First of all, allow us to delineate what Mr. Burnout, of the LPI, did wrong as it entered and travelled through Kusari, which most likely prompted a response from our pilots in the field, much to your displeasure.
First, by your own testimony then and now, and most likely supported by identification papers and transponders, you are for all effects a member of a foreign police force. Queue Section 5 of the Kusari Legal Codex
5-3Foreign police or military ID'd vessels are only allowed inside Kusari Territory under the following conditions:
They are invited by their Kusari counterpart
They are escorted by Kusari Law Enforcers
5-4"Private police forces" are not recognized, condoned, nor desired.
As you can confirm for yourself, LPI vessels are not welcome unannounced within Kusari space, for policing or civilian matters.
Furthermore, the Republic of Kusari does not recognize any sort of organization with "private" , "incorporated" or similar status with policing duties and rights. Therefore, LPI is for all intents and purposes a foreign police force, affected by section 5-3.
Furthermore, it seems by the account of our own officer, your civilian business involved shipments of assorted goods deemed unsuitable for exportation, considering recent trends of the market. Although not covered by the Law Codex, all law enforcement units have orders to stop any shipments of these Kusarian goods, and to apply penal sanctions upon the offenders. Your quick cooperation with officer Ishi Kitaniro has saved you from further hassle on that mater.
As a conclusion, the KNF warns the Precinct D, and all related LPI branches from using LPI assets when doing your "necessary procurement of goods" outside your jurisdiction. As a Liberty recognized corporation, I'm sure you can find your way into outsourcing your Precinct needs.
I hope this message serves as sufficient explanation to your unfortunate situation, "officer".
Thank you for getting back to me on this. While I respect the need to keep foreign militaries out of Kusari, we are a branch of a corporation empowered under Liberty laws to enforce said laws while in Liberty. When we're out of Liberty, we are another corporation (It's in the title.). We are not policing anything while in Kusari. But I understand your concerns. We'll knock before coming in again, or farm it out to a completely civilian contractor.
But seriously, man. What separates us from Universal Shipping is the Liberty-granted right to enforce the law in Liberty only. We're not trying to uphold any laws there. With the semantics out of the way, I respect your judgement in this case. Take care.
