Your installation at Dublin produce one of the most important components that we use at our manufacturing process so the ongoing constructions require the movement of 30,000 Plasmonic Metamaterials from Graves Station in Dublin system to the Nebula Complex at Manchester system. As the docking master, i would like to offer 1,750 credits for each piece moved to the complex. I understand that Graves Station offers Plasmonic Metamaterials for 500 credits per piece. The price that we are offering will make a net profit of 1,250 credits per piece for the transporters. I hope this will be a satisfying price for the short trip from Dublin system to Manchester system.

It's me Evangeline again, and i am surprised by your rage transmission. First of all, it was YOU who told me that the cameras were not working and therefore the data is lost, and you also said that you are going to try recovering them. I have no idea how would you recover an image that is not taken by your cameras at the first place. I wonder why you told me that the cameras are not working and now it looks like they were working. I would like to tell you that my response was based on your response and next time you should be more accurate instead of blaming me for drama. It's obvious that this drama is coming from your side.
Here is a copy from what you sent us, and please next time, take care not to talk with such an aggressive tone with us, because we suppose to be your clients, not your workers and you should be actually feeling bad for not being accurate when you dealt with us at that contract. I would like also to tell you that we didn't cause any drama, but actually we resumed the deals and got over this error although that contract was sent to your office at the 9th of November and you just delivered the data today which is the 6th of December. This is a 27 days delay so seriously, there was no need for this aggressive tone. Have a good evening Mr Conner.
I have had a meeting today with the CEO of our company Mr Zak Conner and he has asked me to contact you personally and extend the apologies of both himself and BMF|, It would seem there has been a breakdown in communication and i'm hoping this message will set a few things straight and bring us back on track. Firstly Mr Zak Conner was misinformed as to what the actual problem with the recording equipment was, he was told it was the cameras that were faulty but it was actually the equipment we use to download the recorded data when the ships return to the depot that had malfunctioned. We were later able to recover the information and i believe it was forwarded to your good self.
Secondly, and most importantly, If you personally have been made to feel like we do not appreciate your continued custom then we would like to offer you not only a second apology but a guaranteed discount on our next contract as a show of good will. We hope that our last contract was an example of the changes we made after this matter came to light and we hope that the Nebula Complex continues to see Bretonia Mining & Fabrications as a valued business partner
