My name is Jo carpenter and I'll make this brief... One of your flowers decided to stick it's thorns into my business earlier today. My vessel was staking out the trade lanes in Shikoku when I happened upon a rather... inhospitable Hogosha whom my gunners quickly did away with. The Hog was hauling what your group consider illegal goods and I was happy enough to take the cargo onboard to do away with at first chance.
However, on the way back to liberty later that day, I met a rather zealous pilot flying your colors whom took it upon herself to say a few unkind words as to my character and then, made an even worse decision of opening fire on my vessel when I refused to give up the aforementioned illegal goods. I told her they were to be destroyed once my vessel returned to port, however she would not hear reason. This girl... Ly Chu, is now lying unconscious in my ships brig. We are limping home for repairs and for the time being, she is my prisoner. I wish to open negotiations for her return and reparations to be made to myself and my crew as well as the repairs to my ship covered by your sisterhood.
This channel will be left open for a response. Do not keep me waiting.

Konnichiwa, Jo-san. Or hola. Maybe you prefer hello, so I'll pay you respect by speaking your language.
I'm Savannah Maya, I'll represent the Golden Chrysanthemums. You told us a nice interpretation of the story, and I could treat it in two ways. I could consider you a dirty scum who, as Libertonians say, got into our turf, didn't respect us, which with necessity implies despise to our ways and our goals, destroyed our vessel and captured our pilot, and still have insolense to demand a ransom. Or I could treat you as a honourable warrior who helped us to contain Hogosha corruption, who due to a misunderstanding was forced to relieve our pilot from command of her vessel and saved her life. Which one would you prefer? I suppose the latter one.
Now, misunderstanding or not, you damaged our property, and it costed us money and resources. However, money have only so much value when it comes down to production capacity limitations. But I see you find it profitable for yourself to conduct operations in our space. Thus, I require proof your actions caused more harm to our enemies than our ship you destroyed could have ever done. I'm sure it's not a problem for you given your prowess, hai?
As for our sister, Ly Chu, we aren't some motley bunch of schoolgirls. Each one of us knows and accepts the risks brought by our choice. However, she's our sister, and we'll not see her harmed due to a misunderstanding. In the same time, I feel obliged to give you a fair warning. If anything happens to her, you'll wish better to have messed with Outcasts than with Kusarians for you'll never have peace anywhere until your death, which will likely not be long to wait for. But our sister feels nice in your company, hai?
On the other matter, did you enjoy these illegal goods? Makes up for the repairs and then some, hai? If you aren't satisfied, you know whom we target, you are welcome to assist us and yourself in Kusari.
Once you are ready, this channel is open for the discussion about the meeting place.
I believe there are a few clarifications which need addressing... things of which during my angered state, I miss spoke of, or simply did not mention. My name is Josephine Carpenter, Captain of the Liberty Rogue transport Crazy Train. My business in Shikoku was one of my standard sort, preying upon unwitting traders who would benefit my crews pockets as well as my buyers. As for the Hogosha from before... they were a nuisance whom my gunners dispersed on your behalf as I always do with such filth. And yes, I do find it highly profitable to do business in Kusari space and the surrounding areas. Far better than in Liberty, though I do tend to keep off of your toes as much as posible.
That said... I do not take kindly to threats. Threats, Savannah, tend to lead to bloodshed... I do not wish to pull the blade first. Ms. Chu is being treated with the ut-most respect, and care. She is actually a guest on my ship now, and has become a good friend. I will allow her the use of my comms systems shortly to speak with you, please see to it that you await her reply.

Greetings, Josephine. I'm glad you are fine now, and that I hear some of those details from you yourself. It seems I was right putting some faith in you. Please don't consider a warning as a threat. Hunters are silent, one never knows how many arrows are trained upon him. Forewarned is forearmed, threats make one weaker and the target stronger.
It's nice to hear you don't consider our sister a prisoner anymore. Another friend is better than another enemy, both having a tendency to multiply. As Ly is your good friend now, she has probably told you something about her past. It's unsurprising not only us are concerned about her fate.
I look forward to talk with Ly and have a personal meeting with you.
