From: Outcast Commander Ayumu Ishida
To: BAF High Command
I have heard rumors recently about Outcasts disregarding our cease-fire agreement. While I would hope that you managed to execute them - painfully - there is, sadly, a good chance a few escaped.
I would also hope you've kept records of that - and I want those records. By violating this cease-fire, they have made traitors of themselves; if you haven't yet killed them all, I will.
Further, I would like to be kept up-to-date about future problems with Outcasts as well. You have a war to fight, we can spare the forces to deal with these idiots.
Focus on killing those Kusari bastards.
Ishida out.
End of transmission.
Ayumu turned from his console in the hidden Newcastle base and looked at Tiana. "If we get this info, forward it to Admiral Sanchez, the Brigade, and the Reapers. I want these idiots gone."
"Sounds fun. Mind if I play with them a bit first?" A quick bout of nausea overcame the Commander as he recalled the last time Tiana "played with" a prisoner. Details are beyond his abilities to describe, but one moment involved someone being beaten to death.
With his own detached arm. And that wasn't even the worst of it.
Hello commander
I herd that outcast have been disregarding the cease-fire between us and BAF?
Who informed you of this cease-fire? I have not herd of this before. I would like you to tell me where you herd of this cease-fire
Anyways thank you for the information about these traitors. I hope to find them and have them executed at once.

Are you... are you serious?!
A long string of Japanese comes immediately after that line. Judging from the tone, it's likely insults or swearing.
How the hell do you not know about this? It's been in place since before I started flying!
I don't know where I first heard about it, but Fleet Admiral Sanchez can give you the details. Let it be sufficient to say that we are not to shoot Bretonians - and I will personally execute anyone who breaks this treaty, after I let Tiana test her entire knife collection on the dumb bastard. Now, I'm waiting for an important message, and that wasn't it. No more pointless interruptions from the uninformed.
Ishida out.
End of transmission.
Ayumu looked at the console screen after sending the message and, without turning, called Lieutenant Mirez.
"Yeah?"
"Get me the file on this one... and send a copy to the rest of Mirage Squadron."

To the Outcast Council of Dons.
Whilst the situation in Tau between Outcasts and Bretonians has been more than satisfactory, with us both being able to successfully pursue our anti-Kusari and Colonial Remnant objectives, I must regretfully say that the same is not true in Liberty. We understand your people are at war with the House Government of Liberty. We do not greatly interfere in this conflict in any way, nor do we resent you for it. However, I must inform you that large numbers of outcast pilots have been involved in recent attacks against the Bretonian Embassy in New York - the HMS Britannia.
The Britannia is an unarmed diplomatic ship there for peaceful purposes to negotiate trade settlements and the like, and has only civilians onboard. Outcast attempts to destroy the vessel have, up until now, been largely ignored, being thought to be the work of a few mad individuals, but with hostile outcasts growing daily we cannot ignore it any longer.
We know that Liberty is a long way from Malta, and perhaps your operatives there are a little....cut off from the political situation back home. However, we would appreciate it if you would try to contact whoever represents the Maltese people in Liberty, and instruct them to kindly NOT attack our peaceful diplomatic vessel there. 27 Bretonian government personnel lost their lives in the last attack, and we fear the local outcasts are getting out of control. Some of them purported to not even have heard of the Council of Dons. If I may, I would perhaps suggest dispatching some more respectable representatives of your good selves to try and regain control of the situation there.
Yours in good faith,
Lord William Henri Braterford,
Ambassador to Liberty

There is a series of mechanical noises that are apparently a version of a long sigh
Get me names. Get me all the names. There's a beating to be given out down there.

Shadow leaned back from the table and glared at the HUD listing of the names of Outcast Law violators. It had been getting entirely too large as of late. Perhaps a few very public exhibitions might cause that number to decrease. He switched over to a different interface and called Diablo.
"Picaroon? I think things are going to get fun. Once I get off vacation, I'm going to take a short trip down there and tidy up a bit."

An unfortunate report, regarding a certain individual who "claims" to be an outcast, despite his actions demonstrating otherwise. A man by the name of "Ryuujin Jakka" (I admit, it sounds more Kusarian than outcast - perhaps he is a Kusari spy designed to discredit outcasts in the eyes of Bretonians) has over the last fortnight been the cause of much trouble in Bretonia. He has conducted acts of piracy constantly in Leeds, and attacked any members of the BAF when they attempted to confront him about it. If this was not enough, he even entered into a battle between a BAF squadron under the HMS Steadfast and a Kusari battlegroup at Stokes on the side of the Kusari - perhaps more evidence that he is in fact a Kusari agent posing as an outcast.
When I confronted him regarding these reports of his actions and tried to inform him of the agreement between outcasts and Bretonia, I received the following reply:
followed by the rather scrambled engagement notice:
As you can see, his disrespect for your "useless rules and politics" is costing us both dearly, as his actions in Leeds are a constant thorn in the side of our attempt to free the system from Kusari control.
A humble request, for the sake of our joint cause against the Kusari - should you encounter this chap in any of your extensive territories, please "re-educate" him for us. Outcasts supporting the Kusari invaders in Leeds don't much help either of us...

Ryuujin Jakka, you say? We just had an issue with him the other day regarding some freelancers. This one is beyond re-educating.
I recommend antimatter as a more effective solution. If anything remains of his gunship, give it to the Junkers.
Put more directly, kill him. It's for his own good, you understand; I hate to think of what would happen to him if my daughter or Captain Ishida got to him first.
It is unlikely that he will show his face in our home again, as the Brigade's flagship chased him out last time he was here. We will do what we can, but I'm not expecting him to be quite stupid enough to fly right by Malta again.
Maybe I'll be proven wrong. I almost hope so. Mia does so enjoy a good fireworks display.
I was cruising through the Bretonia Space last day, and i am glad to report that i wasnt involed in this. I know about our Relationship with the BAF and i respect it.
Any orders about Ryuujin Jakka, he as a possibly Traitor? I would like to recieve any orders about him to sort out the problems i did in the past.
