Honourable Fleet Admiral of the Liberty Navy,
Two days ago, the Bretonian Armed Forces received a message from a person who identified herself as Vice Admiral Michelle Collins. She asked us to free some space in Southampton Shipyard for the Montana, the Overlord-class that she claimed to command, so it could be repaired. We were slightly confused, because Liberty has more powerful shipyards of its own, and because there is no Vice Admiral Michelle Collins in our database for the Liberty Navy.
It was a coincidence that Admiral Evyn Wildcat of the Armed Forces happened to be near the Montana when a certain act was being executed, and she claims that the ship has gone rogue from the Liberty Navy. I ask you to confirm if this is true and to explain why, if you can.
Furthermore, we will be wholly capable of either capturing or destroying the Montana if you need us to, provided that Collins stays confident in us and that everything else unfolds according to plan. I will open you the access to the correspondence, but please be very careful that your peek is not noticed.

Admiral George Richard,
I believe what Admiral Evyn has stumbled upon is rather correct. That ship is indeed meant to be moored with a shipyard in Liberty with as Captain Collins still has a testimony to provide regarding their actions against a fellow friendly vessel. Now just a testimony and a small interrogation cannot be a big deal, especially if the person is innocent. Captain Collins, decided to run and expressed a "death wish" to Admiral Sader and we're not sure of what this bitch of a Captain is trying to do.
Now apparently you cannot find any records for Vice Admiral Collins, because the Vice Admiral does not exist. Try Captain instead.
You are to take the crew under custody and arrest Captain Collins. If necessary you might as well scuttle or destroy the ship if you encounter resistance. We are ready to provide support as well.

Alan Jones

Honourable Fleet Admiral of the Liberty Navy,
Your support is not needed. Should Captain Collins see your vessels nearby, she might turn her ship away and elude our grasp. She still trusts Bretonia, and we must utilize that. We will **** the ***** up ourselves, as you laconically say in Liberty. You will be notified of the results.

Admiral Hall,
I deeply appreciate your cooperation in the matter, however please do your best in order not to harm the personel or Captain Collins. Despite the Captain's behavior beind discreptant, she is not guilty of any crimes (except for disregard to the chain of command and going against orders) and we still need them to testify and provide information in regards to the encounter which they were in the first place where it is suspected that the conflict was caused by rogue elements in the vessel they attacked. That is probably the reason the Captain may have paniced and decided to flee. We are still unsure of what actually happened, and Captain Collins can provide us with that.
Sorry for the trouble that may be caused as a result of this. I suppose Captain Collins isn't the best example of the navy officers out there, but nonetheless thank you for your help and do let us know about any news or any way we can provide help.
Best of Regards,
Alan Jones

Honourable Fleet Admiral of the Liberty Navy,
There was no need for violence. The Montana has never arrived at the agreed place, but there is some worrying information. I will include Admiral McIntire's report as an attachment for more details.
