Liberty has recently received word of your new base in Alberta, and looking through our records, you have not bothered to register it with us by filling out the appropriate paperwork. Therefore, unless the following conditions are met within 24 hours, Liberty will escalate this matter further and proceed to remove your installation.
The conditions are as follows:
1. Register your base according to these regulations. in this channel.
2. Pay your monthly fee of 20 million credits to the account of Ferris.Dufresne and attach the proof of payment to the above form.
3. Pay an additional fine of 50 million credits to the same account for not having registered your base beforehand and receiving approval by the Government of Liberty.
Also, a word of advice: Don't try to cheat Liberty out of its tax money. We will catch you and you will be punished severely for doing so.
