Hola. Mind sharing insight with me on how you obtained that charming title of President you colour yourself with? I've a hard time finding trace of an electoral vote that brought you into such a position to claim command over all of Nacions assets, as well as finding evidence of a democratic structure within our society that'd imply such a position even traditionally exists. It's not that you're going to tell me that you've just taken a supportive sounding name, generated out of nothing but air, to accentuate the seat you happen to inhabit?
However, this isn't why I'm contacting you, as I hope you surely figured out by yourself. Current situation is that your National Council decided setting Ghosts transponders to hostile on everything within your reach. I'll attribute this to the known influence nomadary forces have within your organisation. I'd give you the benefit of doubt for not being aware of that, which is reason why it could happen to make its path into higher political procedures but that'd leave you standing as uninformed about your own squadrons inner structures and wouldn't paint you in a loving light. Alternatively you knew, which makes you a supporter of powers actively striving for Nacions downfall. I saw what you called evidence and it gets taken care of within 'HundredFirst internally. I find the disputes between you and my sister rather annoying, frankly spoken, like children that'll start trying to hurt each other immediately the moment their nurse turns around. I can't as much as look any other way and instantly someone within Nacion attempts to burn the place down. It's the third time now that I must act to resolve a situation others in their locked minds caused, resulting in issues for Nacion beyond anything acceptable. Time has told us that my sisters strengths lie more with executing commands than with diplomatic finesse, yet you're the one that managed to surprise me with your calling for Court instead of just go by asking what the intend was behind all of this. A severe lack of foresight, to put it mildly less offensive. The Maltese ever since evolved through dialogue and violence but we sure can agree on the first being the more desirable option. I'm not going deeper into your misinterpretation of maltese culture and the disregard for our traditions and how our society operates. You should be ashamed enough already having to face yourself in a mirror for knowing how you stepped on what our people fought for decates to balance out, this way ensuring Nacion to run despite our vast differences.
Whatever the case, you're advised to lift the ban you imposed upon my squadron and I'll refrain from actions taken against the National Council. It's your chance to prove of your governing competencies by avoiding more bloodshed between maltese citizens. Sell it to your own people the way you feel most confident with.
For power. For Ishmael. For the Ghosts.
Salutes.

The President excuses herself from this communiqué. While she personally feels that an underling is sufficient to handle the situation, she did answer your request with sort of a short answer, so I will fan it out a little and elaborate on certain points. On a sidenote: It is hard to follow your points at times, as you tend to rather ramble, so do excuse me if things fall under the radar.
You mention the President's democratic legitimisation, and I shall elaborate that point to you. The President is elected from those who constitute the Council. The Councilmen are elected, or in case of the CID, appointed by the President, by those who constitute their underlings. So Atlantis Manufacturing would elect, from their employees, a representative for the Council and so on and so forth. You are well aware that Maltese society always valued private autonomy more so than anything else, and so the Council acknowledges that certain entities wish to remain independent and respects that sentiment. However, we cannot allow actions that could actively lead to harm of Maltese citizen's legal interests. As such, we shall intervene when possible.
Such was the case with the Ghosts. The individual known as Estefania Casta acted in a manner that was more than inappropriate, and the fact she sought to withdraw from legal persecution in order to get to the bottom of her true intent, she refused. In return, your privileges have been revoked. It is a rather simple case. Idle threads will not help you and only show that you do not intend to do better. You could have explained yourselves in court, yet you hid like criminals. The embargo against the 101st shall continue until there is a public apology issued at least.
Cordially,
Chamomille I.

Hola. So you're the signora they sent to handle this. As you've said for yourself by answering my question, signora Martelli is the President to those part of the National Council. Your powers reach ends with the limitations of said Council, which you charmingly pointed out. Ghosts squadron is everything but within that reach. Not to speak of the harm of Maltese citiziens legal interest you brought up, as that'd mean the colours you're branded under would've to dissolve within a matter of days given their ignorance towards our culture. There never was a trial without the accused side being shown evidence beforehand, it's a maltese custom you're obviously not familiar with or right out dismiss. Which brings us to the fact that if it's dismissal, you're imposing the views of a few upon the rest of Nacion, especially when said rest is properly armed to stand against outside pressure.
It never striked your mind that my sister was involved in actions taken to initiate the downfall of the Madrilenian Empire. An endeavour you quite accurately prevented from happening in your close minded position feeling entitled to the truth without following standard maltese legal procedures. Putting it very down to the core for you, so there's no misunderstanding here, you, instead of living up to our traditional political ways in issuing an inquiry, thought it to be more suiting your needs to demand what no maltese citizen not under your flag will ever abide to. That's the way of a despot and should you continue with that I can foresee already that you'll have more enemies within your own Nacions borders than you could ever gather outside of them. You're a relatively new formation, so I'll give you the benefit of doubt that your intentions were indeed right at heart, yet your overly rushing the scenery ruined what could've been the upcoming start to Nacions victory over our long lost brethren, or mortal enemy as many will put it.
It's the shortsightedness of the National Council that really gets me up. It's like you can't see beyond the next day. But if it helps your perception of what you can endure to see in the mirror, I'm inclined to just do as you asked and give you that public apology despite both of us knowing it's not more than words. Not more than your words so far. Should Nacions prosperity depend on your views being pleased, then I'm the last to interfere, a trait you'll hopefully learn with time coming. And don't take it as your victory for Ghosts squadron is very well capable of just removing your assets from Ishmael by force, yet contrary to you, we do believe that sacrifices have to be made to ensure Nacions survival. And nothing less than pure survival it is with something like the National Council holding to the last straws of their influence. We've survived the Lance, the Cross and we'll survive you. If you really wish to maintain your position, you're better off listening to us. Otherwise, one day, our all children will read about you in our archives for nothing will be left from what you so eagerly see as your legacy.
For power. For Ishmael. For the Ghosts.
Salutes.
