Well, rooski potato has no place in this game. RiP.
Despite the fact that my laptop is not a potato at all. Core i3-3120M 2.57 GHz, 8gig RAM, Geforce GT 730M 2gig VRAM. Both my processor and my VRAM are not suitable. Rig specification inflation never stops. I guess not everyone can make potato-compatible games like CD Project Red does. Furthermore, the game costs 2,5k Russian Roubles. This is a hefty sum already. Never spent that much for a game.
As a player who has ownership of star citizen ship, with a "decent" gaming pc rig, I can say that it still consumes a large ammount of memory and your precious Frames Per Second. However, i've loved every inch of it. They finalised that they'll work on improvements after they've added everything.
I've enjoyed what little I've played so far. But I'll definitely need to upgrade my hardware before it comes out fully, my laptop cant handle the game very well. I'll definitely be playing it as well as freelancer if i can
Nice to know that I am not all alone.
It's good to hear that fellow Discovery players are also interested in the Star Citizen Community as well as Discovery.
Any you fellas in Organisations already or are you Freelance in terms of what you are doing in Star Citizen right now?
Star Citizen... I have no plans to play that for a number of reasons:
1. I still think it's a scam
2. My PC specs can't handle it
3. I don't like it
4. Discovery or nothing
5. It costs money. Make it F2P and I might try it.

I really don't like how none of the ships are really nicely 'shaped' - they're always this generic plane shape, or just some blocky crap, trying to do 'muhh realisms xddd'
Like, the only thing that was differently shaped is some pirate fighter, a vanduul one.
I still think the ships in disco are far more attractive in its simpleness than smacking billions of polygons into a plane.
I am still very much reserved when it comes to pooling money into a game that has been in development so long. I remember when SC started off back when we had a drastic shortage of space sims, but since then there have been a multitude of additions against which SC right now seems a bit.....quaint. That and the usual things such as the reports of their internal issues and overall drama around the company itself.
