It's rather that I want to request something from you. You are an experienced cop and know how things work, you heavily dislike the criminal scene of Libery and according to your files are the cleanest officer I have seen since long when we talk about corruption.
I messed a few things up and now I am in need to leave Liberty, likely forever. Family related issues, just if you wonder.
I hope you understand my position and I know that what I want to request from you isn't easy.

I am glad to hear that you are ready to take over. I have a few requests before sending you every other necessary access data and officially announcing my leave.
First of all, I would like to see you appointing Detective Dawn as your Deputy Chief. She's a competent woman and her experience as former Navy pilot will surely help you making the Liberty Police a, to say it with your words, "more badass". I would also want to inform you about a possible, promising new recruit who will hopefully soon contact you, Andrew Jefferson is his name.
