I can assure you, we have been very active. Since we only added the tag yesterday, it's unlikely that you know when we logged or who we were. This week alone we have had four pews with others factions, as well as about 2-3 hours worth of smuggling. With luck, the tag should hopefully allow you to identify us better in the future.
Also, most of our combat as occurred in Tau-29, seeing as how it's almost impossible to encounter people with hostile intentions in Gallia. Having almost having never played Gallia before, and then suddenly being a massive lore buff for the 5th house, I can say that there is a lot of unexplored potential within the house I'd like to see filled, but whether it gets filled is another story. While Gallia is not the easiest house to play in, especially given that it's virtually impossible to pirate due to the lack of "cutoff points" there are other areas in which our activity can be gained from.
While that interaction did lead to a fun pew, I'd suggest a couple of changes to ensure that interactions are enjoyable for both parties. From a gameplay perspective, I'd suggest not pewing in
an npc gunboat zone, as that does greatly reduce the combat effectiveness of one party. Another thing would be to make sure that you give sufficient time for one to respond to an engagement notice, as the time you gave was not within the rules. On the subject of engagement notices, I could be mistaken but I don't think that you're allowed to give them in another language, but like I said - I could be wrong on that.
Only other feedback on that I could suggest would be to make sure fights are fair and you use proper capitals and language when writing.

We gave enough time, the interaction between us and the first brigand Zero involved some rp before I gave the order to attack.
When the second brigand arrived well it was attacked straight away due to the fact that it had entered a fight that had already taken place.
Given there were 4 of you in total I would say it was pretty fair: 4v2 ?
As for the GB patrol well I cant help that, you should have said //lets move away from the GB and we would have obliged.

I think the next encounter will be better ;)
Regarding the timing of the attack, I was the one who was first to be shot (and killed) and I can say that I was not given the full 10 seconds, it was more akin to 3 seconds, or thereabouts. (Also the "some RP" consisted of only 3 minimalistic lines iirc. I can't check because my DSAce logs get erased every day when I switch between mods, but I can always get an admin to check for the state of mind if required.) While I had no inherent reasons to be mad at the encounter or anything of a similar nature, I simply feel like I should drop this feedback. (It's ironic that this is in our feedback and not yours :P)
Regarding the fairness, I mentioned that because it was a 2V1 before the others arrived, had it been fair I'd have only called for one to arrive.
Regarding the gunboat patrols, it is hard to type when being shot. But you're right in that regard, best not to drag that issue onwards.
