'I would like to be half as clever as some people like to believe they are' Life is full of disappointments, it is how we handle them that helps to define us, as a person
After some investigation it was discovered that this ban was never actually followed and that you registered an account named YaoiKat in order to avoid it and continue interacting with the community. Due to this the original ban length of 60 days is being reinstated as of this post.
I would not advise attempting to circumvent it again.
Lol well, you guys should've ask me about IP match before banning. At least spazzy said something about IP switching. If that was the case, it's actually piss easy to explain.
I'm using the forum because I don't have @sindroms on my Skype and he's the only admin who will be able to real the evidance, since it's in slangy russian. He will get it everything as a forum PM.
Also don't bother banning this alt, I won't use it.
We will be discussing the provided material, however it should be noted that the infringement wasn't related to IPs.
We do not ban/track players by IPs due to their dynamic and overlapping nature.
Furthermore, we cannot really take discord screenshots as valid evidence in your favor, since they can be faked and are not only not provable from our side.
In either case, it will be reviewed.

We do not track players by IP. My comment in the OFL chat was an off-handed one. We never have. IPs as you know can be spoofed via VPNs and can overlap with other players, especially in europe and especially with Germany, where Skorak, for example, shows up as 15+ other members on our server in terms of IP.
The forum account we associated with your activity on the server seemed even more suspicious due to the fact that its activity started and ended with your ban durition.
The account YaoiKat that became active soon after your initial ban then proceeded to join many factions you yourself were a part of. If it had been the shared ships that held both of your login information, that wouldn't have been odd, but the ships that the account mentions in threads such as rollcalls or event-signups are accessed by a machine that have the same access to your original ''personal'' characters.
This account then promptly became inactive once your term was up.
One character, for example, was "Jo.Kun" which was accessed by that forum account with login information that tied it together with all of accounts belonging to what we know as "Sici-characters''.
With this information in mind, we have gathered that:
1. The machine belonging to YaoiKat was associated to characters that identified your presence on the server and has been active during this time from a connection that has access to all of your characters.
2. The forum account that was created a few days after your ban and which was used during this period was active almost exclusively only during your ban. It has been two months since your unban and two months since the last activity on that account.
We have been looking into this issue for a month or so and have come to this conclusion. With the information that we have access to and can be seen from our logs, you are guilty of the above and the sanction stands.
Okay I understand that what I've sent initially is not enough. I've sent two more PMs to @sindroms for the last few days. They are containing more logs and screens that are making even clear that we are two separate and in fact very different people. Unlike logs from the first PM those are involving other people and public chats, so the version of my screens being faked cannot stand here anymore.
Second PM is containing proofs me quoting our chats with Kate to the third person months ago. I have did that in the range of two minutes, which took me to find the chat and copy some funny logs as I thought back then. How would I It can be easily checked by contacting that individual. How would I fake logs months back for two minutes? Since thise particular thing is containing rather private things, I hope you guys won't spread them around. And that's the reason I don't mention any names here.
Third PM is containing logs of the Kate's last activity that I've seen, which was about two weeks ago (don't those screens at work and really have no time at work to look for them now, it's all there). BUT YAOIKAT WAS ACTIVE AT SKYPE AT THE END OF OCTOBER. This was in public chat with active admin present. As far as I know Kate has close contact with the other member of the admin team, does it make ANY sense for the person who's in your theory trying to avoid tempban during the summer season for some reason? Not to mention I used to be a friend with the said admin for months and he would recongnize me on the spot. There's a ton of logical inconsistencies like this, but those are words so I'm not relying on that. I try to send the most obvious and visual proof without bothering you with walls of text.
I don't know which logs do you have, but I haven't had character called "Jo.Kun" (If anyone can confrim me having it, pelase stand up. name sounds more like Toris). I wonder which other ships do you track as "sici-characters"? Can you post them here please? I mean I REALLY did not have any character name like that or even close I did not share ANY ships with Kate. Maybe reason is that she got access to the shareds. As far as I heard Kate was not so active even when I was banned (!!!).
I mean you should really double check that, I really never had any Jo.Kun. I don't know how your tracking is working, but this is just wrong and this is a mistake.
EDIT: Also what's the best way to be spotted than joining the factions you used to be a part of? What makes you get uncovered faster in chats where everyone knows you? This is rather evidance on my side.
Maybe that is the reason, I've been giving away some GC| and NC- ships when was leaving the factions. Maybe they were taken by Skorak and sold to kate. Pretty much all public information I can find.
Spazzy asked me to have a look into the situation despite he knows I don't wish to deal with disco stuff at the moment due to work. As the author of the advanced ban systems currently in place I have verified several of their findings.
It comes down to either you are the most unlucky person the world has ever known (so you have less luck than a dude with epidermodysplasia verruciformis) or you are simply playing dumb now that you've been found. Identifying someone doesn't come down to simply putting a+b together (although in a lot of cases on Disco it's as simple as that), there are many things in today's internet that render specifically identifying a person almost impossible unless they leave a trail behind them.
That trail can be their IP, their ISP, their devices, their accounts. Many things really.
What's also interesting these days is when you have an abundance of information, you can trace and connect identities through different means, such as cross-referencing habits. It's a thankless job where you need you go through records one by one, piecing things together, but in the end that's what validated the fact you and YaoiKat are the same person based on all connected information.
It was a great attempt though, I can give you that. You went to extreme lengths to create this new identity and prevent being connected to anything Sici-related. Worked for quite a while, but you left behind you a useful trail in August 2017. A trail that was sufficient enough to connect you to many other trails and later on to your previous identity through a specific trail you left in September 2017.
In the end, all you achieved was make it aspirin-worthy for the admins thanks to the massive abuse of VPNs and physical devices.
Also: ships are purged of all existing information when transfered specifically to avoid accidental guilty by association cases. It can only be recouped manually when required.
Man up and do your two months. It's not the end of the world.
