it is truly a pleasure doing business with you. The depot attendant at Alabama Shipyard will have the adapted blasters and cannons - 24 pieces in total - ready for pick up at any time. Your agency is hereby granted access to Omicron Rho in order to finalize the transaction. We will be most pleased having you over for a visit, or tea party if you will.

Dear Mr. McKinsey,
I wanted to thank you for the willingsness to cooperate with the Service in. Our visit to Omicron Rho to fetch the toys will come soon enough, and I will make sure to buy some of the daintiest tea available on the way to spice up the visit a little more. While I am myself not a huge fan of most tea sorts, I think it is our obligation to uphold some Bretonian traditions. As such, it would be a pleasure to induct you in the broad variety of types of tea.
However, this is not all, so let's cut the plush topic about tea for now, as there are more important matters to be discussed.
Take a look at this. It's not exactly what I would call secrecy concerning your homemade products, don't you think? Whoever this individual might be, he seems to be a problematic one, especially since he refused to be tested for nomad infestation by us. We wish to inquire whether APM is aware of said individual, and whether appropriate steps have already been made to keep his problematic potential at bay. Especially since we want to keep our transaction as secret as possible ourselves, I must confess this incident is worrying me a great deal, and thus we hope you have this under control.
More information, including details on said individual's choice of craft and equipment, can be found here.
I believe tea is sort of an acquired taste - as is Bretonian cuisine in quite a few other instances too. Pity, my prospects of appreciation for the age old tradition went lost, as I was born to a blue collar family on Planet Leeds back in calmer days. Then again, the muddy, half synthetic flavor of what passed for earl gray on BMM mining platforms is a sort of acquired taste as well.
Undeniably interesting is the footage your agency collected. The ship name however does not ring a bell as far as my knowledge is concerned - we could review our traffic control records just in case. From the looks of it, we have either a time traveling weapons dealer, as his "catalogue" seems heavily out of date (APM discontinued Winchesters some 20 years ago as they became obsolete to more damage efficient designs) - or one with a unique, less enlightened clientele for that matter. I suppose that is what one gets when dealing with a Junker.
Please do not take this the wrong way Ms. Jenkins, but I am having trouble following your train of thought. A hold full of gold, a handful of fluorine and collection of useless guns, probably salvaged from age old wrecks is hardly a reason to be on alert, if you ask for my humble opinion. Certainly, the excerpt from the audio log makes one think, but given your concern I am guessing that your agents secured what “purple” he promised?
I may assure you, that our stock on hybrid weaponry is not only subject to high secrecy - as you have witnessed first hand - but is also very closely watched. We keep strict record of each and every unit, thus would immediately notice if one went missing, even more so a complete set.
However, if in fact the suspect did have access to adapted alien technology, it may very well indicate that the notorious terrorist organization broadly known as The Order has its ends looser then we thought. I am not sure as to how far your little birds reach, mine whispered about certain undesirable elements, such as the above mentioned, tampering freely with alien technology. I strongly discourage you from actually using parts like those in case you may or may not have acquired them. The Core is keeping The Order continuously in check as efforts are made to ridding the Omicrons from this threat effectively. I believe that your support in this quest could not come at a better time given the circumstances, wouldn’t you say?

Mr. McKinsey,
The materials this individuals was selling have successfully been secured by the Service, however for mere security reasons I must tell you that any more information regarding this incident has been classified by the Directorate. Thus, I am not allowed to provide any more information regarding the matter. Before this chance encounter drifts into complete obscurity, I thought it would be appropriate to inform you about the fact that there seem to be people who have got their hands on nomad technologies without APM knowing about it, apparently.
You can be reassured though that SIS will not use this as an opportunity to put APM's means of upholding secrecy into question. Having experienced your level of secrecy first-hand, we indeed judge the probability of you literally being robbed by a no-name individual as very low, yet I must honestly say the person in question has made our eyebrows rise a little. However, we are no fools, Mr. McKinsey - we know whom we can trust in those matters and whom we can not. APM has proven to be a trustful business partner for the Service, and you can rest assured that we will abstain from acquiring any kind of alien technology from different vendors. The less trustworthy, the less worthy they are of our time.
As for the Order, that might indeed be a possiblity on how to explain the apparent sale of nomad weaponry outside of APM's hands. We will keep a closer eye on this organisation in the future, and express our sincere agreement that the time couldn't be more ripe to do something against the terrorism of the Order. They are going too far in many, many places, and though we haven't heard of them selling nomad technology so far, it would obviously not be out of their reach to do so. Given the circumstances, we would be more than happy to assist you in the fight against the Order, in case you need a lending hand. Actually, I am convinced that the Service and the Core could become a good duo, working hand in hand with each other like gear wheels.
It is good to hear from you again! - especially to learn that our respective principals share a stand on The Order terrorist organization and those who misplaced their allegiance siding with them. Plus, I find your analogy of SIS and Core working together like "gear wheels" very much spot on.
It is obvious that such minnows like this strey Junker who pushes dangerous materials into the black markets of Sirius are just the tip of the iceberg; other, more organized entities are involved. Wherever the radical left raises its head, it casts the shadow of The Order. But I believe you do are not as much interested in ominous metaphors, rather in the actual what's and where's.
Guildkeeper Jack Daniels coordinates operations within the Omegas - due to the relatively close proximity to Bretonian borders, I suppose he would be your go-to source at this point. I have already mentioned to him that grounds for cooperation with your agency are laid down. Your lending hand is most welcome.
As for other fronts, Guildmistress Enma Loyola, the Imperatrix of Omicronis leads our forces against Edge Wolrd threats to the righteous people of Sirius.
I for once have reached the boundaries of my clearance in this matter. If however AP Manufacturing can be of any further service to your agency, I will be pleased to hear from you again. In the meantime I believe a toast to our covenant is in order.
