Gentlemen!
Perhaps you haven't heard about me, so let me introduce myself first. I prefer being anonymous so to make things easier, call me Monsieur Red. As a smuggler, I am a regular guest in the Gaul territory, mostly working for your allies; The Council. I have been at Eccomoy several times, as your Nox fetches a good price throughout Sirius.
The reason I contacted you today; I have an offer for you. My recent incursion to Tau region was fruitful, as I picked up the distress signal. My recent upgrade of my ship's scanner system was obviously a good investment, as I managed to triangulate the signal and pinpoint it's exact location. What I found will intrigue you for sure. A downed Forlorn pilot, I believe his name is Edward Daniels? The rescue party was already on the place, but as I was in a Salvager frigate, I convinced them to let me take care of his retrieval and moving to safety as my vessel was built for this kind of operations. I managed to run before they figured what's going on, so long story short, I got myself a Forlorn! And why am I contacting you? Well. I'm sure you wont miss an opportunity to get some high-value targets.
Your offer is... intriguing. You claim you have a member of the Forlorn with you? Hmm. I'll skip the pleasantries entirely and ask you right off the mark:
How much do want for this Forlorn pilot? What do you want for it? How can you prove that he is a member of the Forlorn?
Answer these questions and we can do business. I'll also give you a little warning: Be careful when collecting Nox from us - we're not overly keen on selling it to those we don't trust.

I love when a man goes straight to the point.
How can I prove he is a Forlorn pilot? I really hope that's a rhetorical question, as I though you'd investigate this claim as soon you heard about it, and I'm pretty sure there's some kind of information coming from the Taus about a missing Forlorn pilot, kidnapped by a Junker in front of his saviors, who actually did nothing to help him. But assuming you haven't picked up any rumor on it and you still don't believe me I have him, we can meet on The Red Dawn. The pilot is safely locked up in my hold. Come alone, unarmed, or we might have a problem.
And what do I want for him? Simple. The current demand for Nox in Rheinland is abnormally high. And Rheinland appears to be my destination quite often so moving the Nox there would net me a decent profit. So figure out 2 and 2, I want a steady supply of your Nox. Nothing more, nothing less. I am fully aware that you are not overly keen on giving it to non-Brigands, but the Forlorn can be first of many gifts you will receive from me during our cooperation.
While your offer is enticing and I see potential there, you must be wiser with your words. I, as an elder of the Brigands, do not leave Marne - ever. This is a rule of thumb and it allowed me to govern and command so effectively. There have been times in the past I've left, perhaps to make an example of someone, but over nothing this petty. That being said, I'll stop beating around the bush and get to my point.
I'll accept your offer under the following conditions:
You bring him, in whatever transport or ship you see fit, to Gallia - or more specifically the Champagne system.
The person to board the ship will be unarmed, but be aware that we will have backup very close by - we will not chance any sort of foul play and it tends to be unhealthy for whoever tries it.
The pilot being held captive will get a small window to talk to both you and the Brigand we send before we take captive of him.
If you agree with the following terms, make your way to the Champagne system and hail us once you've arrived. The system is of shared control between us, the Council, and the Marquis so you can count on us not trying anything that would risk our reward. If everything is done to my satisfaction, I'll put you in contact with some of our Nox dealers to ensure that you have a ready supply and stay on our good side.

Believe me, I would not do a thing to jeopardize this deal. You see, it is in my intention to get the best out of it, not the worst. And you can guess in which category goes banishment from Gallic space. That would be a huge hit on my profit which I cannot risk.
Therefore, I believe we came to an agreement. I will bring him on The Red Dawn to Champagne system, 4/10/824, 18:00. The exact location is attached to the message. The location I picked is beneficial to both of us, therefore, satisfactory. The person boarding shall come in a fighter vessel so he can board my transport easier and the rest of your forces shall await at the distance of 9 clicks away. Your pilot will be welcomed by one my crew members and escorted to the hold, I can guarantee you of his safety. The Forlorn pilot shall be awaiting there in a barred cage, so he can be both visible and able to communicate with.
