Marshal,
Give the absence of Commissar Tabakov and the events surrounding Premier Warner, I thought it best to contact you directly.
Commissar Tabakov and special engineers within the S.C.R.A agreed to assist in the modification of my personal vessel. The prototype, its engines, and systems are all working in perfect condition. However, putting it strangely enough, the weapons are not as efficient as I had expected. While someone such as myself can make due no doubt, I do not take pleasure in compensating for lack of efficiency when my life is on the line.
I'm bringing the vessel to Mykolaiv station to have your weaponry installed. Installing and acquiring them isn't the issue, the issue is the slight incompatibility between your equipment and the Sirius collective. I know this is an obstacle our engineers can overcome, the question is are you willing?

Privyet, Generalmajor Heinrich.
Usually the special projects of the Commissariat tend to stay with them, but I'm privy to a fair amount of the details in certain cases. I understand this personal strike craft of yours is a heavily overclocked Reaper design, stuffed with various bits and pieces of both our technical capabilities, all on top of a Border Worlds chassis crust. I'm a tactician, not an engineer, but I do enough work on my own snubs to know it's a limit-breaking design you're playing with here.
I suppose we can do one better, though, as certain House Capitalists like to brag. The Kalashnikov and Dragunov lines are designed with slight incompatibility in mind, though. The energy feeds are set up in such a way as to be incompatible with any other weaponry in terms of output speed. Assuming you want to switch out your entire loadout however this can be easily overlooked.
As for the underlying reactor systems though, while those integrate components of Triumvirate reactor matrices, a number of liberties have been taken to ensure modularity within our own strike craft line... again built to be incompatible with House hands.
Such issues plague any Hessian vessels we deploy on our end. Our modular components don't quite fit perfectly with the "prefab" way others tend to do things.
I'm willing to see this project through, but it will require a streamlining of components and design concepts from both New Moscow and Dresden's drydocks. I expect such a change in footing would end up applying to all craft in our fleets. Once we get the underlying architecture synchronized, fitting a more "exotic" vessel like your personal fighter should be a cakewalk, in terms of difficulty.

Marshal,
Modifications within both our lines to ensure complete compatibility can be done, and will be done with my endorsement. The fail-safe precaution you've installed within your ship-line is understandable. However, you need not concern yourself with the Hessians in full grasp of your technology. As it is, no one else employs the full usage of our ship-line besides you.
The RHB-Baroarbunga contains engineers and samples for us both to test at Mykoliav, the streamlining procedure shouldn't take long. We've arrived in New Moscow, I will depart for Mykoliav shortly to oversee the re-outfitting of my personal vessel.

Excellent. The full synchronization of our vessel specifications shall commence forthwith. I await your prompt arrival on Mykolaiv. Docking crews are on stand-by to receive the materials from your ships, and our own engineering corps is ready to begin dissection of said material. I imagine we'll be seeing the ground work laid out no later than sunset from the Kremlin Dome on Volgograd, and a full roll-out to the fleets to follow in a reasonable time. The only component I see taking a considerable time to work out is upscaling through to the capital ships, but we've got fine engineers. It will be done.
