Dear Daimyo Kijima,
Regarding the situation in the Sigmas, Bretonia needs to do everything it can to avoid a H-Fuel shortage, especially if Rheinland and the GMG go to war and the production & supply of H-Fuel is affected badly.
SIS has sent some feelers out to a neutral third party who have expressed interest in stockpiling and distributing H-Fuel throughout Bretonia in a manner which would naturally conceal the Bretonian government's involvement. We understand that the Tears and the Blood Dragons have access to a cheap source of H-Fuel. We have already asked our shell corporation to do so as well, but it seems they have reached their capacity of shipping H-Fuel to us. So I must ask if it would be possible for your organisation to do so as well. It would provide you with another source of revenue and help secure Bretonia's strategic H-Fuel needs. Please consider my offer and let us know what you think, thank you.
Sincerely,
Adrienne Perry, Chief of Staff,
Secret Intelligence Service, Bretonia

Hello Adrienne Perry,
This news has come at a fortunate time, GMG will be glad to hear of the extra business and our logistical fleet has completed their most recent operation. I will await the coordinates for the drop-off and have the team dispatch at double time.
Whilst I have you here, there are a few things I would like to inform you of. Although we haven't been able to be proactive in the Sigma systems during the recent events, and don't have much more information other than what you are hearing over Sirius wide broadcasts. One thing that we do know for certain is that the host of the original "GMG" broadcast, is not the Guild Master of GMG. The current and previous leader of the GMG are both females, this pretender is clearly not. Unfortunately, we do not know who was behind these attacks or this broadcast but I can say with a certainty that it was not the Gas Miners Guild.
I am aware that the house Bretonia and the Shogunate have their own relationship. There has been news from Kyoto base that Natsumi has stepped down to her brother Kohaku Hideyoshi. A male shogun pleases many of my warriors but potential raises concerns about my legitimacy to rule Rishisi independently. The outcome of this change in command is yet to be decided but I wouldn't expect news about this matter to travel quickly, the bureaucrats of Kyoto will be busy.
Finally, We came across a BIS agent, Jonas.Hudson. He claimed to be a "Merc" on hire for Bretonia and seemed to be aware of our friendship but he isn't an agent we know. The encounter was relatively pleasant with the exception of us threatening him when a cryer pilot arrived as to not blow his cover. I have attached the conversation logs for you to inspect. Is this agent one on your payroll? Is he someone we should be talking to?

Dear Daimyo Kijima,
Thank you for informing me about the news of the new Shogun. Please convey to him by best wishes.
We are currently attempting to contact Jonas Hudson. At this time it seems he is with the secondary BIS forces. However we hope he will be interested in transferring over to SIS if our evaluation of him yields positive results.
I cannot comment on which direction Bretonia's Foreign Policy will head towards with regards to the Sigmas but at this time we do not intend to involve ourselves greatly as we view the crisis as an internal matter for Rheinland. Hopefully, it will be resolved peacefully.
Finally, it has been some time since SIS began assisting with the establishment of your organisation Kusari. There has been a lot of cooperation between our organisations. However, I have not yet had the chance to personally visit Kusari and see your progress. I'd very much like an opportunity to see how your organisation conducts its operations since we have heard about how aggressive & successful the Blood Dragons have become in the recent months thanks to the Tears. Do you think it would be possible for me to come stay in Kusari for a short period of time and assist your organisation? I would love to have a tour of the Nagano and Rishiri system and Director Weber would like for me to report on your organisation's progress as well.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience, thank you.
Sincerely,
Adrienne Perry, Chief of Staff,

Hello Adrienne Perry,
You and your agents are welcome to visit us in Nagano at anytime, I am yet to receive a personal invite from the new Shogun and I'm yet to meet him. Tensions between us are rising due to the lack of communication, so I am unable to pass on your niceties. I may be able to use your assistance when the time comes that I am summoned to Kyoto as I fear that it may not be the most amicable of conversations. If you have the time I would like to invite you to our operational base where you can get a head start on where ToI stand before the inevitable negotiations begin.
