Bonjour,
let me introduce myself, I'm L, the leader of the 410th Army, an group of loyal Gallic fighters and scientists.
Recently, we have encountered an increased amount of enemies within our patrol routes. Not only Council ships in Picardy, Outcasts in Tau-23, but now also Bretonians!
Just a few days ago, one of our suppliers was threatened by an Bretonian Privateer inside the Orleanais system. Orleanais always was an very safe system, because it lays within the Gallic core worlds. Now with this threats around, we have to do something. We want Gallia to be safe from whoever might cause harm to it.
Now, Gallic technology, especially the Royal Navy technology, is ways better than any other civillian ship or weapon available. To succesfully protect our home, we request the possession of one (1) XJ-3 "Lynx" Gallic Very Heavy Fighter. We would use the following weapon loadout: 2x "Carbine I" Gallic Civilian Pulse Cannon and
4x DULZIAN type weapons, an special fighter gun we created in our laboratories. Of course, we would also need an exeption from Section 3 article 3.1 of the Gallic Royal Charter, which says: 3.1 Sirian Military Grade Weapons are restricted inside Gallic Space. In addition, use of Gallic Military Grade Weapons and Ships is restricted to the Royal Navy , Police as well as Gallic Corporations.
Of course we would be ready to compensate all cost which may come up to you by giving us one of your fighters. We will also pay any fee there is for such an request.
It would be a pleasure to hear from you soon.
I am Commandant Jean L'Herminier, of the Direction générale de l'armement, an outfit in charge of supporting the Marine Royale's strategic and logistical concerns. I will be your contact for this request.
So, to start with : just who are you, exactly ?
I understand the question may offend you. Be that as it may : safekeeping our combat technology is paramount given our strategic position, and as such, it is not typically exported.
Simply put, we don't have a firm grip on who you are. Our records show that you've been in contact at least once with our service, in the form of a transaction with Général de Justéton... And that's it. We are not sure of your role in the military, or under what authority do you operate.
Let me put this more bluntly, so you may understand what I'm asking of you : are you a rogue cell ? A splinter group ? Civilians ?
I realise you are not asking for much. But you must realise that, with so little information, and with our supply lines tied up as they are, I cannot bear the responsibility of leasing even a single fighter craft to a group I know nothing about, helmed by someone speaking from a shadowy pseudonym. These are troubled times, mister L, ones that call for caution even towards likely friends.
Please describe the role of your unit within the Gallic military, or at least who and what your objectives are. Then, I will further your request to the relevant authorities and keep you informed of our decision.
Thank you for contacting us.
Pour le roi, pour la Gaule.

Bonjour M. L'Herminier,
thank you for your fast reply, of course I will introduce my group and myself a bit more detailed.
About our group:
We are Freelancers, working for the Kingdom of Gallia by doing research and patrols within Gallia, Gallic borderworlds and the Tau-systems. We were cooperating with Solar Engineering for a long time.
We also got some combat experience while assisting the Royal Navy in bounty contracts, as you can see here. At this time we were doing patrols in Gallia, the Taus and Leeds. We were also flying raid-missions into Bretonia and Liberty.
We were supporting the former Gallic Royal Navy whereever we could, but after the bounty board was closed, we needed a new mission, aswell as a new source of income.
So we invested all the credits we got from the collected bounties and started the construction of an base in Orleanais. We soon started doing research about combat related equipment, which we then sold for small prices to the Royal Navy and other Gallic cooperations.
Today we have upgraded our base a lot and the research of new technologies became our main goal.
We are also cooperating with the Independent Miners Guild by fighting off the Outcast threat in Tau-23, since the system plays an important role in our supply routes.
About myself there is not much to know, I was born and raised on Planet Orleans, Orleanais.
After I finished school I searched my luck in space, doing mostly escort jobs to get some credits. I soon came to do some bounty missions for the Royal Police, which were kinda hard to deal with when fighting alone. So I searched a team of thrustworthy people, made up a group and signed up for the Gallic bounty board.
Now we face threats everywhere, so we can't continue our research until the supply lines are safe again.
I don't request this vessel without a reason. I want to be able to defend my people from harmful criminals and invaders. I think helping to keep the house of Gallia clean would also be the interest of the law authorities. We are always ready to cooperate with you whenever our services are needed.
Thank you for your time, M. L'Herminier, I hope I could make things more clear. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
Thank you for your reply. I have relayed it to my colleagues and we have deemed it entirely acceptable.
Now, we will need to further your request to the general administration : this will take a bit more time, but ultimately, it should be accepted without further issue.
Consider it in the process of being accepted. I will of course keep you posted on the process.
In the meantime, we could arrange to establish a rotation of Lynx pilots over to your base with orders to assist your patrols. Should you agree to this, I will send one of my aides to discuss the logistics with you and you'll be sorted out in no time.
I will conclude this message by saying that the Marine Royale appreciates having people like you watching its back. Dark days are upon us, monsieur L. With our attention shifted towards the frontlines, support from the rear is likely to remain vital to us for the days to come. We will endeavour to return the favour wherever we can.

Bonjour, M. L'Herminier.
We will gladly accept your offer. Lately many bretonian criminals have been seen in Orleanais, we can use any help we can get at defending the system.
If there is anything we can help you out with, just let us know. We are always ready to cooperate with the Royal Navy.
