To whomever is behind the name of the ship 'Apahanta',
Your ship has been detected by our investigative patrols in one of the stations left behind by the people we are currently hunting.
We have seen evidence of you trying to enter and ransack the station in question, and considering our patrol has come up with nothing concrete, we are safe to assume that you have looted and ransacked any leads left.
The Royal Navy is interested in the people who have constructed this station and I am tasked with receiving this information, at any means necessary.
I hope you will respond to this transmission before we take any further steps.

'Apahanta',
Good. This makes things easier.
We want to know what you found in the base that may point to the origins of the base and the people that inhabited it. We have received coordinates that have pointed to this base in particular, now I am absolutely certain there would be something else considering this station was abandoned as well. What is now missing from the station prior to our wing's discovery?
In addition, we suggest you provide more information on who you are and what organisation you belong to. Encryption will not aid this conversation.
I'm certain you do not want to make yourself an enemy of the Kingdom.

Threats won't impress or intimidate. You want something. You know who can provide it. Suggestion is to make use of the other end of extremes of 'any means necessary'. Send your offer.

Monsieur Ezrael Vertiga,
Let's start this from anew.
We are now aware of who you are, and what you are. We know where your ship usually appears, and we know we will be able to find it should it be necessary.
What we don't know is what you have in connection to that base. Should you disclose information to what degree you are related to it and what information you know or found there, then we may move from this Sirian level barbaric diplomacy and discuss the issue at hand. I wouldn't recommend repeating the same sentence as in the previous communications, my patience is not infinite.
We are not here to play a game of backward and forward. If you finally cease hiding behind encryption and cryptic sentences, then we may see whether we will be able to come to an agreement. You may still paint yourself as a friend to the Kingdom and the Roi, rather than an enemy to execute.

Deduction is as following:
- Clues of the station's security records have hinted The Apahanta to be related to the base. Previously, you weren't aware of any names apart from the ship's name.
Deduction: You have started investigations about any clues related to mentioned name.
- Only few entities know about it. Most likely you have received information from The Core. The Core produces ships of the Apahanta's class.
- You have accessed the Core's broadcast about another installation having been found in Core space which is inaccessible without an extremely heavily encrypted access key, divided into parts.
Deduction: You have found an installation in Gallic or bordering space and deem further investigation promising enough to spend resources on it. You probably own at least one part of the access key. You have contacted the Core and requested information about the Apahanta. Core provided you with outdated information. Core did not mention those information are outdated, as otherwise you would be better informed and less daring.
You are interested in opening the Vault and spent enough resources on it to both get in touch with the Core as well as to send scouts into the Poole system, which is positioned on the other end of Bretonia. You either received a hint from the station you found in your space or diverted even more resources for a large scale exploration mission in order to find what you found.
You are aware of how valuable the content of the Vault is, as by simple deduction. It is extremely well encrypted. Whatever you expect there to be, you are estimating it matter of factly valuable enough to spend so many resources on it. On something that is clearly out of your range. You are either willing to sell the Core your knowledge about Vault-related information or you are brokering a deal with the Core about sharing the contents of it. You are fully aware of the Apahanta being the key to access the Vault.
You evidentally pretend to be in the better position. Spare yourself the threats. Send your offer.
