Perhaps, instead of arguing about whether something is or is not a valid part of the conversation, the DevMin team could advise as to what is more likely to get a positive response from them in situations like this.
1) The difficulty of destroying a base
2) The difficulty to make a base in a very remote area
3) The difficulty to make a large base on your own
4) The difficulty to maintain many bases on your own
I believe these questions are considered feedback to the change of commodities needed to supply a base

A good choice. The grindwork was just a little too heavy.
And also a good choice to not entirely get rid of it because "babysitting POBs" is a factor in making people check the game, and get on, etc.
