Paragraphs in code are taken from the original thread.
1. Forum name of the owner:
Charos
2. What exactly are you requesting?
SRP ID Arbiter with Hellfire IFF
3. Exact name, identification and affiliation of the character:
HFB-Polyphemus
Special Operative ID
Hellfire Legion IFF
4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
Code:
The Hellfire Legion ID no longer permits the usage of battleships, making the ingame existance of this ship impossible.
I'm planning on using the ship as a special operations carrier that will be used as an inRP means of collecting data, hosting the SAD and FR (Spec Ops) wings which are used primarily for recon and intelligence gathering outside of Liberty.
5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?
Code:
Markus Brass, the commander of the ship, as been through many battles and various encounters while commanding this ship, earning him a respected reputation with the Hellfire Legion as an exceptional commander. His newly appointed XO, Daniel Rou, proved to be skilled at his duty and so he became his right hand. Fleet Commander Markus Brass was appointed as the new Lord Commander but he remained as the commander of his ship, which later became a flagship. After some political disturbance within the Legion, Polyphemus left without Markus and was stranded in the independent worlds for some time. After things calmed down, Polyphemus was recalled to join the ranks of the Legion and Markus Brass was re-instated as the Lord Commander, but the disturbed state of the Legion forced him to recall all capital ships (to roleplay the removal of the battleship line from our ID) except the appointed ones, to avoid unecessary costs untill they have recovered. Plans were underway however to appoint Polyphemus to the frontlines and join the Ven'Gyr and the Incursus (All of this happened during 2011-2013). Now the preparations are over and Polyphemus is ready to join the field.
Considering the events going throughout Sirius it was decided that the Legion needed more information outside of Liberty's borders. The Polyphemus's role is a supporting one, fitted with several more facilities to host fighter wings, than the standard arbiter, and the ship and its crew's tested endurance in long-term absence from friendly ports. The High Command knowing that, deployed it in order to gather detailed information for their database and monitor strange phenomenas throughout the sector. However, the ship loaded with the Legion's elite wings, is on standby for the extreme orders to assassinate or sabotage if deemed necessary.
Code:
Short-term goals of this is to reinforce Hellfire Legion ranks within Liberty and provide a mobile base of operations for various task forces, as its role is an experimental battlecarrier
Explore anomalies that appear throughout the sector and gather valuable data or materials for the faction as well as gather information on other factions and their current status.
Code:
Long-term, Markus will have this ship remain active in the independent worlds to safeguard Legion territory from threats and possibly act as a formal embassador/envoy ship with other factions, It is the only flagship with pure Hellfire influence afterall.
The ship will act as a formal ambassador/envoy ship for the Legion and the Commonwealth, creating opportunities to contact factions that would otherwise be impossible given the HF's location.
There are a few others but as they are not of any importance I considered them a waste of time.
