Comrade Fade,
We, the plenipotentiary signatories of the Sirius Coalition Expeditionary Corps, henceforth acknowledge the terms of the Memorandum and recognise it as effective starting from now. The Memorandum is in effect for all Coalition organisations, the Premier Selim is well aware of the developments and approves our intentions to build a lasting peace and cooperation between the Gaians and the Coalition.

Memorandum of Friendship
and Mutual Understanding
In view of the dangers of space, turbulent stellapolitical situation and the war with Gallic imperialists, the Gaian Guard and Sirius Coalition Expeditionary Corps as the representative of the People's Republic of Sirius (hereinafter referred to as the Parties) to the end of securing stability, prosperity and peace for their peoples have decided to conclude this Memorandum of Friendship and Mutual Understanding.
Article 1.
The Parties shall recognize each other as legitimate sovereign political entities.
Article 2.
The Parties shall recognize the borders and territories of each other, the supremacy of the power and laws executed in each other's territories, and refrain from arbitrary violating the borders without prior notification to the respective representative of a Party, and interference into domestic affairs of the other Party.
The Guard's territory is henceforth recognized as the entirety of Edinburgh, Grasmere cloud in Cambridge, Northumberland field in Newcastle, Birmingham field in Manchester, Veracruz field in Vespucci, Stronsay field in Orkney and 25k spheres around any Gaian Outposts located elsewhere.
The Coalition's territory is henceforth recognized as the entirety of New Moscow (Omega-52), Eastern Barrier Nebula in Omega 49, Aarhus planetoid in New Beijing (Omega 55) and 25k spheres around any Coalition Stations located elsewhere.
Article 3.
Starting from now the Parties shall cease any hostilities directed at each other and aspire to resolve any issues that might arise in the spirit of friendship and peace.
Article 4.
The Parties shall refrain from making this Memorandum public, striving for secrecy over settled matters in order to do no harm over relations with third parties.
Article 5.
The Parties shall strive to develop bilateral relations in the field of trade and humanitarian cooperation with the hopes to provide solid grounds in which to build mutual understanding between the peoples of the Parties in the future, ensuring confidentiality over knowledge and information shared by the other unless specifically stated as unnecessary.
Article 6.
The Parties shall abstain from rendering assistance to a third party hostile to the members of this Memorandum, directed against the other Party.
Article 7.
Nothing in the present Memorandum shall be construed as curtailing the sovereignty and independence of the Parties. Any future violations, disagreements or revisions of this Memorandum shall be done on a case-by-casis by the high command of both parties.
By signing this Memorandum, the Parties recognise the capacity of the representatives of each of the Party to conclude such documents and representatives of their respective faction.
The Parties shall exchange the certified copies of this Memorandum to be stored in their respective archives should the need of consultation arise.
Let this Memorandum serve a solid foundation for the lasting peace and cooperation between the Gaian Guard and People's Republic of Sirius, and the prosperity that arises from them and be the first of the many mutually beneficial agreements between our Peoples.
