Grettings Captain Daniels. First of all I would - in the Name of the whole remaining crew on board of the Anath - thank you for all the efforts you undertook to get us away from the Omicrons and in the realitve savety of this Star System. I hope you will still stand to your and Miss Scarlett's word of aiding us to get the Anath back into an ship again and not the deleric wreck it is right now. *For a couple of Minutes there is only static, then the voice comes back*
What ever the future might bring,we will never see us as our enemy. Even when there was bad blood in the past, I would say we let the past lay down and start a new part right here and now. But this is your decition. All we do is waiting there for the arrival of your repair teams. We hope that we get a message from you or Miss Scarlett soon. Should we not respond then either we are dead or it is just another system on the long list of repairs.
Captain of the Anath

Make no mistake. I don't offer you friendship, nor I offer you safety. What I do offer is a chance to exact your revenge. Whether you take it or not, that's your call. I've already dispatched two repair crews to begin working on your vessel's exterior armor plating and one additional crew is tasked with reinforcing the ship's frame. Naturally, like all Core personnel, they will be armed with standard issue side arms. Should your crew attempt to disarm my people or threaten them in any way, my boys and girls will use lethal force. It's in your interest to avoid bloodshed. I have much more to spare than you do.
When the emergency repairs are done, my engineers will patch up your ship's life support. Any further repairs will require specialized hardware and facilities. Naturally, I possess both of the above, but we don't exactly like to tinker with Order tech. Mainly because it's sloppy work and our boys don't touch that. You're crew will have to finish the final stage of the repairs. Should you compile a list of the tools and materials you need, I'll get APM to gather them. What else...ah yes. Upon completion of stage two, we'll begin arming your ship and making it combat ready again. Core tech is off the table for now, adapting it would be near impossible. However, the market is flooded with black market stuff and to be honest, those things ain't half bad. Well, that seems to sum up the game plan.
Now, since I'm putting a lot on the line, I'd like you to keep me in the loop. If a light flickers on that ship, I want to know. Right then, I'll be waiting for your reply and the list of crap you need. We'll use this channel to keep track of the stuff. Ta.

Appologies Guildmaster, I didn't know your rank and was lead by a false interpretation of the circumstance we saw. Your Tech's arrived today and asked for a short tour through the ship. It seems they were shocked when they saw what was left of the ship. After finishing the walkthrough he asked me to send you his report. So here it is:
Log starting: Senior Technican Munro,
Greetings,Sir,
within, the ship is in no better condition than the exterior. The halls have not seen maintenance, with dust collecting across the dead computer readouts and the empty mess halls. The lighting is dim and yellowed, near-orange in places, and then only where the lighting still works. Sparks fly from the walls and exposed piping and wiring as they too malfunction and short out. The worn metal floor is rusted as are the control panels on the walls. Bare power stations stand uncared. The halls, with a rectangular or rhombic cross-section, wind through empty rooms, several leading out into nothing but space beyond broken walls. However, most of the doors are still functional and one small docking bay is in usable order. Armories still hold supplies, though some of their contents has fallen into decay through years of disuse. Barracs contain beds and quarters although the beds are frayed and the lights are almost out. There is a single, inactive missile bay with one missile still in the tube. It is a wonder and – even when they are our enemies – I must say what they accomplish to keep the ship operational in this condition is outstanding. What we need to fix at least the primary systems first is:
5000 x Ship Hull Panels
250 Nanocapacitors
45 kilometers of cables
15000 Optical Chips
48 Optronic Arrays
The Captain also gave us unrestricted access to the Com System so you can directly communicate with us and vice versa. About the Crew, they have a complete Bridge Crew and their engeneering staff is 1/3 of the original crew. The rest is either dead or lost within the ship. They also handed in their weapons to our guards,as a sign of good will as the Captain said. If you have any further orders let us now.
Signed: Senior Technican Munro

That Osser is a tough nut to crack, eh? Ha! I didn't expect anything less. It's a good thing they weren't shot at by my gunners, because, you know, they are actually AI and not men. And as we all know, AI excels in murdering humans.
But, I digress. First thing's first, we'll have to cover our tracks very well. I'll pull some strings and get Rayne to ship some of the stuff. We'll also need some of your crew to pilot a few transports. I can assign a very limited number of operators on this task. We risk being noticed and revealing your location to random hoodlums. Thus, we'll move all cargo to Dagger Station and use this data stream to log the deliveries. When the basic repairs are done, we can retrofit the ship with some offensive tech.
And then, we'll have to figure some way to sort out the problem with the crew. There are two possible solutions I see. I've a massive stockpile of AI and VI bots stocked on Dagger. They were originally designed to operate on the Anassi, but since that ship is no longer under my exclusive command, we can reassign them. They learn very quickly and have programmable personality modules with adjustable humor and sarcasm levels. I can spare up to one hundred. The other option would be to go and hire some flyboys. Plenty of those to go around, but they are only loyal to their next paycheck, so I highly advise against this option.
To sum it up. Begin hauling of materials. Use unmarked freelance vessels and inform the dockmaster of Dagger upon arrival. Make sure to specify that the materials are going towards "Project Anastasis" directly lead by Guildkeeper Daniels of the Core. If transit through Rho is required, drop my name to the patrols. Unmarked freighters will be dispatched to your location so they can banned by your men. I expect them to get acquire technology and materials that are otherwise not available to Core personnel.
Project Anastasis will consist of four phases.
Phase 1: Basic Repairs
Phase 2: Reintegration of weapon systems and replacing the missing crew.
Phase 3: Advanced repairs and major retrofit of internal systems and modules.
Phase 4: Real time stress testing in hostile environments and situations.
Any questions?

Rayne signing in. I've arranged the delivery of some materials. They have been left in storage bay #5808XT on Dagger Station. I'll attach the shipping manifests below.
Oh and uh, your list was somewhat incomplete, so I added a few extra ingredients. The rum, I'm sure, will come in handy. It's cold in space, warm yourselves.

Perfect. All the materials are accounted for and my boys are already patching up the ship, as they have been doing in the past week. I reckon it will take 24 to 48 hours until they're done with Phase 1. That's the best we can get without a proper shipyard. Good news is, I've already have a remedy in mind for that problem. As soon as I see an opening, we're going to dry dock your ship with Alabama and further fortify and reinforce it. There's a catch. We'll have to provide the manpower. You know, criminals, scumbags, that kind of expendable workforce. But, before that, we must re-arm the vessel. With the nomads ever so bold, we can't afford to let you run around absolutely defenseless.
I've a stockpile of outdated ( to my standards anyways ) turrets. They are top of the line, but not as good as the stuff I tend to use. I'll have them shipped as soon as you'd like. Just hit me up on this frequency and I'll send the heavy lifter with the techs. In the meanwhile, I suggest you go and inspect the repairs. Make sure everything is as advertised.

Fun fact. A transport was spotted by our patrols heading your way. Apparently, it was full to the brim with standard issue weapon systems and ammo. The patrol, however, was swiftly recalled for some reason and they were sent to the far end of the system. I'd call that a lucky accident, only it wasn't. The freighter should be arriving in the next hour, make good use of what's on board. Those things don't exactly come cheap. Also, I've seen the reports, good work on the reactor. In it's current state, it should be able to handle the draw from the new ordinance. Furthermore, Mr. Daniels is waiting on an invite. He would very much like to see how the repairs are going, so don't be shy, okay? Okay.
