Honored Ally,
One of our trusted pilots who is a member of the 'Southern Lights Mirage Squadron' ( [SL-M] ) based out of Cape Wrath, was visiting your Destroyer outpost located at **CLASSIFIED** when it seems an unfortunate event occurred. A attached copy of his report to his commander would explain the situation more clearly & with more detail. It is as follows:

Sir, today I again decided to fly back to the Cape, and again was interrupted. Going by West Point, New York, I saw a few Liberty Rogues fighting a LN cruiser and decided to help them out. We destroyed it with minimal problems. The Rogues and I decided to head back to the Rogue Destroyer to rearm, then I was going to leave for home. Well as we approached the destroyer we noticed an independent Outcast Destroyer sitting there. The rogues were angered by this, remembering that the Dons made a law of no outcast capital ship is to be in New York, or Liberty for that fact, they asked me to ask him to leave. I did so. He was not cooperative, and began making death threats to our Rogue allies. Then began to fire on the stationed Rogue destroyer. I asked him many times to leave, and told him if he did we would not have to take him out of Liberty by force. Then all of the sudden my shields get knocked off and my screen went critical, I ejected right before he blew my ship apart. The Rogues then attacked him, the destroyer managed to survive and live another day. I had one of the Rogues take me to the Rogue destroyer where I had a backup Sabre stationed. In the mean time an Outcast in a LH gunship was just sitting back and laughing about the event and telling us if it came down to it he would side with the insane destroyer capt. The destroyer left the system so we decided we should make the gunship know of his traitor ways and go after him. He ran and docked on Rochester base. Something should be done about this I am going to inform our Outcast brothers on Malta of this. The Destroyer pilot's name was Terminator, and the LH gunship pilot was Hells_decent_Basilisk.
We respectively apologize if this has caused any strain in our valued alliance.
This act of treason from 2 of our own shall not go unpunished.
There for, the Council will be issuing a bounty placed upon both of these traitors. And to assure their demise along with hopefully showing our sincere regrets of actions taken by foolish Outcast independents, The reward will be payed in double the amount for any Liberty Rogue (s) who remove these filth from our ranks.
In further efforts to assure our respect & gratitude for the services you provide to & for us, We have authorized a Blue Lotus Syndicate Freighter packed full with a fresh cut of Cardamine to be sent immediately to Buffalo Base for your use as you see fit.
Again, if any gesture we can make to assure our alliance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Terminator and Basilisk are now on our Kill on Sight list. The Rogues will not entertain those who endanger our brethren, be they Outcast Hacker or Rogue. This places no strain upon our relationship, my friends. Open honesty is something I value, and you have been nothing but open and honest. These treacherous vermin will pay for their reckless stupidity, they will be granted no reprieve, no respite and no peace. They will be harassed, shot, and if all goes well they will be killed. Then their heads shall adorn Alcatraz as a warning to all who come near, that treachery has a price too dear to pay.
That freighter of Cardi would come in handy though, many thanks for the offer, it is accepted in the spirit it was intended.
Sylpheed Out.
P.S. It's CRIME Boss, not just boss FYI.

Rogues and Outcasts, I freely admit that I, Basilisk, was the one who did not engage the destroyer Terminator. I would, however, like to point out the inconsistencies and outright lies in this report. I ask that you hear me out. We have flown, fought and lost comrades together long enough that we cannot lose a long held friendship over this incident.
Here goes.
The Destroyer Terminator did indeed fire on the said Outcast ending with the destruction of his ship. This act has damaged the long history I have had with the ships captain and will most likely lead to me turning my back on him. Before this happened he was told he would be destroyed by a pair of GS a bomber and that saber. I tried to stand in as a middle man and offered to escort the destroyer out of Rogue space to avoid the bloodshed that ensued. I was ignored by both parties and the fight broke out.
I did not laugh, just the opposite. I was horrified at the sight of my friends fighting to the death and I expressed this many times. The destroyer took down one of the GS and damaged the other before it was too destroyed. It did not make it. I am not sure why he says it escaped when he himself said he had the commander in his hold. I tried to convince him to return him to Malta to stand before the Dons, but I was again ignored.
At this point the surviving GB (Sadistic Intent), who has a personal grudge against me, insinuated that I am a traitor for not engaging a fellow Outcast and then chased my ship, on loan from the Hackers named the Hells Descent, to Rochester.
The GS that was destroyed and the saber that was destroyed along with the bomber somehow joined in. I attempted to dual one on one the Bad mouthing GB for his words but he is a coward, I will find him later.
The last thing I would like to say is at no time did I laugh. The only thing I did was try to prevent a fight which I failed at, miserably.
I believe my history and deeds speak for them self and this will be dealt with appropriately.

As you have surrendered yourself & given testimony against the actions that were taken by the captain of the RM1 Terminator, The bounty placed upon you by the Council has been lifted. It is with great hope you return to our ranks with honor. However, We do not speak for Crime Boss Sylpheed, and it is solely up to him how he wishes to accept this.

Alright, so you claim to have tried to stop a needless fight. You claim to have tried to get this moron of a destroyer captain to stand before the council and face punishment for his crime... Well I'm kinda skewed as that's not the story I've been given. However seeing as the bounty has been lifted I'll do this for you: The Kill on Sight order is on hold. For a period of one month you are on probation in my turf. Place one foot wrong against my Rogues and so help me god, I will burn you down faster than you can blink.
That is my offer to you. Take it or leave it, frankly I couldn't give a damn which you do.

Dons, it was my honor as an Outcast that forced me to try and mediate the exchange and later prevented me from killing my own kind. It was only for the ship and crew that I took the actions I did. I am sure that if the Corsair man-eating filth get wind of this... it pains me to think of them smiling and not starving.
To the Rogues, I accept this one month check, it is your party. However, I wish to call out the Captain of the Sadistic.Intent for a dual. His lies and hatred for me and my crew have fueled this fiasco. I seek permission to have him meet me somewhere quiet so I can defend my honor.
As a token, I will have 3300 tons of our finest orange sent to the Rogue base of your choice, on me.
To you guys:
From insane  Destroyer Pilot Terminator. (BTW its "Terminator." not Terminator)
I don't mind if you guys feel like placing bounties on my head for ignoring directives :rtfm: from your council and threats and attacks from your pilots, but lies about my conduct do kind of bug me. To correct the record.. Banshee did inform me of your ruling to keep my size ship out of NY, which I did ignore since I wasn't planning on being there very long and wasn't planning on attacking anyone except a few of those juicy npc's for fun :yahoo:. I was confronted by a little lib gunboat at Westpoint, which I didn't attack since that would be unfair (probably the actual purpose of your NY ruling). Then Banshee shows up with a posse of Outcasts and Rogue gunboats and bombers (who were ignoring me earlier until Banshee got them all riled up), and starts threatening to kill me if I didn't immediately leave. Basilisk stated he didn't want to kill an fellow Outcast simply for being there. (..since I actually wasn't being aggressive or threatening our enemies or allies) I felt that was a toss up whether they had enough firepower to kill me, so I told them they could kill me if they felt like it. So Banshee starts his really annoying countdown for everyone to attack me...while flying really close to me as I ek'd away from the group. So I decided to strike first before he got to zero since there were so many of them. I do admit that was a little dirty firing at him like that... but I felt he deserved it since he instigated the whole thing in the first place. And based on how our fight went, I probably would have won if they hadn't allied themselves with the liberty navy and police who attacked me with additional gunboats and a bomber during the fight as they streamed there from around NY. I wasn't expecting that "Unholy" alliance, since the libs said they were going to leave the matter for the Outcasts and Rogues to resolve right before the fight. Guess that teaches me for trusting the word of our real enemies. :(
So in summary.... like I told Banshee before his posse of outcasts, rogues, liberty police and navy attacked, if you guys feel like placing bounties on me, hunting me down and attacking me (since I did ignore your directive and fired on 5-6 allies who had surrounded me and were about to attack me in 5 seconds anyway for flying in NY), that's fine with me. And maybe you should tell your pilot Banshee not to fly right next to the big capital ship that he's threatening to kill while he's counting down for the attack. Oh, I mean insane  Destroyer pilot "Terminator." signing off.
