To whom, it may concern.
I am Rick Tiltman Arbiter of the Junker's Congress, the Congress is working on a bit of a project. We have for a long time used "Bison" Class C5 Liberty Transport, to great effect, however we are looking to up our shipping capacities to aid the Zoner's in the deep Omegas and Omicrons as well as increasing our ability to move salvage in larger quantities to our own smelters in Puerto Rico. Problem I see is that most corporations will not sell us a these Trains in large enough numbers for fear of it decimating their Kusari Markets if it ever got out. So the plan I have is to retrofit our own existing shipyard that maintains salvaged derelict Pilgrim Liners as well as regular maintenance on our battle transports to be capable to constructing the CT-73 "Stork" Civilian Advanced Train.
Seeing as Bretonia is in a tight spot right now I can understand the potential that you may not be able to help in supplies for construction, but if you can supply a few crews to do the logistics and tell us what we need and where it needs to go, we can bring in the supplies.

Good afternoon Arbiter Rick Tiltman,
Having read you Communication, dated 15-2-824, I am still a little puzzled as to what you are exactly requesting.
It appears that you want to be able to build some CT-73 "Stork" Civilian Advanced Trains, by upgrading your Shipyard. And you are asking for some 'Technical Information'.
Now, is this 'Technical Information', that you require, in how to upgrade your Shipyard or in the building of the Stork?
Even though we do have our own Shipyard, and with it we build our own brand of Ships, most of the Expert Technical knowledge is provided by the Premier Bretonian Experts, in this field, that being The Bretonian Manufacture and Fabrication Company (BMF).
Our 'Expertise' lies in the Logistical Supply of Goods and Materials.
Feel free to contact us, at any time, if you need anything supplied. We pride ourselves on our prompt deliveries.

Its a pleasure to hear that the Junker Congress are still interested in business with BMF, however, i believe you are aware of Bretonia situation at the moment but what i can assume for you that i will send some of our experienced engineers from Southampton shipyard and i will provide them with all the information for the technical plan needed to construct the ship for you and guide your crew to do the job along with the list of materials needed and the building phases in details. Fair enough ? if that is fine by you please let me know to get in action.

I want to first and foremost issue a massive apology. Due to circumstances unforeseen, and issues that could not have been predicted this comm, along with many others, got left by the wayside. I certainly hope that your corporations will still be interested in perusing this contract further.
Mr.Connor,
Thank you so very much for that. If this offer is still available I will make the highest accommodations for your personnel on Vieques.
Mr.Greenville,
