Sort out the ship names and any images that are likely to problematic or shared ships will be disappearing from the faction and bans are likely for individuals.
As a general hint anything linked to Nazi atrocities and the holocaust are problematic. If you think you are being edgy then best to probably not use that name or image as you will be assumed to be deliberately pushing the boundaries,
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE
So, uh, and what is disturbing you? Please clear such things out in the evidence, considering your evidence sent to us is more than laughable. So please send me a pm with embles/sings what ever is disturbing you and we change it. Starting with such you should warn other factions using any sort of such signs/embles/pictures aswell. if there is salt to spare to us, it can be done in our Feedback or via PM to me or the Rheinland Military Faction account. I don't know if this is serious or you're just unable to clear out precise evidence.
Fist of all, Im sorry from having to post in here, but it appears the faction needs a clear view on this issue as they do not appear to understand what they have been warned for.
Also i would like to remind the warned faction, you were just warned and not banned or sanctioned in any way.
If you want to see the evidence, just take a look at your character Kapitän Roland Kaiser picture, then google the name Adolf Eichmann and then you can discuss the issue with not having enough evidence. Or maybe you should have have noticed your member Shelco, who was using the name Rheinhard Heydrich. Perhaps you should google it aswell.
So if youre unable to see such things as inappropriate then I am very disappointed from your stance.
And in the end lets not even discuss the decency talking with someone in private about things you dont like, because that would be plain hypocricy from your side.

I am pretty sure the pictures used by Rheinland Military characters have always been the ones of soldiers, I don't get why it suddenly would be a problem. I also took the name Reinhard Heydrich from a name generator, I don't really make a deal about who this person once was because it is past but I changed it anyway, without even having anyone crying about it. I even changed it a long time ago everywhere you could find it. What we see as inappropriate is subjective and Wasser's character picture does neither show any prohibited symbols, nor is it against the rules, as the usage of Adolf Eichmann pictures doesn't seem to be against rule 1.1 unless you want to count the "Political" aspect, which would require staff to remove all politician pictures as well as the use of a Kim Jong Un picture someone used in a few comms somewhere.
So far Wasser recieved two pictures from me lulzing in the shoutbox, still don't understand if that is the evidence or not. If yes, why got [RM] warned instead of me?
Now vra bla whatever your name is posts something about pictures.
I want to be honest here now, send us the real evidence or just delete this warning because I still have no clue what you guys warned us for.
Okay, since everyone is being completely useless here, time to do something I technically don't have the authority to do. Note that I am posting this as a moderator who helped process the report, not a developer.
Lambda: You didn't really do much wrong except memeing about RM being literal space nazis in the shoutbox.
Wasser: You didn't do much wrong except letting nazi stuff happen as faction lead.
The main person this should have been directed at was Shelco, but the admin team for some reason opted not to punish him for literally roleplaying this cool dude here because he 'left', even though he is quite clearly still playing, just not his [RM].
As a general rule we have always followed, pictures with rare exception (I'd consider the above to be one given his role in certain events) are okay, as long as symbology is not present. Swastikas, etc are not. Roleplaying with the name of a ranking SS officer is definitely not.
Corile and anyone else mad about communist stuff - yes, the USSR did some very very nasty shit. What you're failing to realize here is that the symbology is so ingrained into Discovery at this point that it would be impossible to remove. People using pictures of Stalin or roleplaying questionable people named after figures analogous to the one above on the red side would be given the exact same treatment.
I'm going to lock this now, and I hope it has painted a clearer picture on what is acceptable and what is not, as the staff should have done to begin with.
