"The radiation has caused multiple hull breaches, the shield generator is unresponsive and the internal circuitry is fried. This thing is practically ready to be scrapped. It would take a small fortune to-..."
"Just get it done." ____________________
This vessel, suspected to be fabricated at Heisenberg Research Station, reached an independent research agency on Planet Deidus via the black market. There, it was presumed to have served a security role, until it suffered extensive damage and was mothballed inside a transport's cargo bay, pending repairs. The ship ended up in Commune hands when the S3 Overseer, Bassam Hussaini (B∴ H∴), used the vessel to escape the transport and the research agency that was holding him captive. Boarding the ship, he breached the hull from the inside with laser fire and used the opening to depart the scene.
Having already suffered damage, it was further damaged in the escape, and was found along with its pilot in a critical condition. Despite the nearly irreparable state, B∴ H∴ decided to keep and restore the ship, spending almost twice its market value on the project. It has since become his primary strike vessel, and has received multiple refits, upgrades and equipped with the best experimental technologies its owner could afford.
"The integration is proceeding at an unprecedented pace, and the task assigned to us is proving to be more difficult than initially expected. Energy management and system stability is threatened by the unchecked growth of xenobiotics and the assimilation of the ship's systems. The ship has also been noted to react with hostile energy discharges unless its owner is in close proximity, and thus we have had to request his presence as essential for the completion of his task."
"Addendum: At this rate, we expect the work to be done by the end of the month. Afterwards, frequent checks will be necessary for the continued stability of the installed systems."

During the initial effort of approaching and establishing friendly contact with the Vagrant mindshare, B∴ H∴ traveled to [DATA EXPUNGED] and made pilgrimage to their major mindnodes. After the conclusion of this mission, and the successful development of relations, B∴ H∴ requested a boon from their collective, a request they decided to honor. 'Azhi-Dahaka' was deposited at their home, where they proceeded to weave their biomechanical technology into the ship's systems, first entering through the weapons array. The assimilation of the ship has then advanced to the circuitry, the power generator and engine components. At this time, about 30 percent of the ship's systems have achieved symbiosis with the xenobiotic material.
The cannons have been converted into a high-powered, slow to fire weapon, powered by a catalyst 'organ' that converts the ship's power reserves into potent bolts of unidentified energy. Initially performing with poor energy consumption, the circuitry has since organically evolved and become optimized, both through the growth of new xenobiotic systems, and the installations done by Terminus techs.
The thrusters, though still functional, have become unnecessary as growths in the engine now allow for amplification of B∴ H∴'s natural psychokinetic abilities, affording the ability to propel and maneuver the ship in this way. As symbiosis continues, the engines as well may become unnecessary, though such a process may require years to complete, in the absence of a proper power cell.
Pilot's controls are now entirely obsolete, as a ship-to-brain neural interface in the form of several connector tubes does all the work. The ship itself interprets brainwaves in this manner, and predicts its pilot's commands before they are even consciously issued, thus affording a maneuver efficiency far greater than is traditionally possible.
