Grand Admiral, Colonel-Inquisitor Valkyrie.
I am sorry to contact you unannounced, but I believed this would be of importance to you. A coalition warship from the Secondary Fleet decided to engage hostile targets in Bering, naturally I went to assist him and engaged a single Naval fighter while silently observing the local separatists and unioners going about their own efforts, in conjunction with two distinct Order warships. These being one Osiris and one Geb. Named the Amenhotep and the Montu respectively. The Osiris was commanded by a man named named Kalh. And the Montu by a woman who I only overheard being called "Vex". I have no prior records of either of these ships personally, but Coalition Command informed me of existing reports on the Amenhotep previously serving Liberty, yet now actively fighting against it.
Now I had originally assumed this to be of no importance and simply pursued the only hostile target nearby me and of the same class, which was one Naval fighter, only to be fired upon by an Order Agent who had found their way here and treated me as a co-conspirator to a conspiracy I have been entirely unaware of. They disengaged upon noticing that I was indeed acting independently in Bering and not linked to the local Unioner or Separatist forces. I will provide a full conversation log of the entire incident below.
I believe it is additionally worth mentioning that these two fugitive ships are being harbored by all local elements with full knowledge and cooperation. These elements being the Separatists themselves who maintain the foothold in Bering. The Unioners, as well as the Lane Hackers, seemingly fully cognizant of this. I am unsure of your diplomatic standing with any of these parties, save for the Unioners, whom you and I both share a very large distaste for, but I thought this would prove.. enlightening to say the least.
If any of these organizations are your friends, I would sincerely advise you reconsider your friendship with them. For your reference, the lane hacker which was present went by the name of "Felicity". One with apparent connections to their inner circle judging by the quick glance I took of them, though their internal signal jamming is at least competent enough to not allow gun-cam footage to be acquired, something only members of their "upper echelon" would be capable of rigging together.
I hope this information is useful to you. From my position, the Lane Hackers appear to be holding Bering to expand their black-market trade, using both the Unioners and Separatists as allies in this venture. An interesting revelation regardless.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Hostile ships locked in, firing solutions prepared.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Killing you will be a service, and I live to serve.
'Lavender': Oh, now there's a revolutionary helping the pirate scum.
'Lavender': Fair game, I guess.
6th|LNS-New.Oregon: Stop!
SCRA|Krsnik.: Disengage order pilot.
SCRA|Krsnik.: We are not hostile to one another.
6th|LNS-New.Oregon: I'm surroundingh
'Lavender': You disengage.
H|-Pink.Thunder: "No. You die here."
SCRA|Krsnik.: I am firing at a hostile naval target.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Not you.
H|-Pink.Thunder: "Your life."
'Lavender': You're helping pirates
'Lavender': Helping an order defector
'Lavender': Get out.
SCRA|Krsnik.: That is their business.
SCRA|Krsnik.: This naval pilot is mine.
UN|Mary.Dross{N: Alright I will rejoin.
'Lavender': Another Unioner, good.
'Lavender': Time for you to die.
UN|Mary.Dross{N: really ?`opening up
H|-Pink.Thunder: "That was the last of the scums."
H|-SNS-Shamrock.Bay: Hunter: Beautiful.
CPW-Lazarev: Alex: well done comrades
H|-Pink.Thunder: "This puny dog thought we will accept his white flag. Not under my watch, not in this life."
Amenhotep: Kalh: so... for the Order Lavener.
H|-SNS-Shamrock.Bay: Hunter: Jesus...
Amenhotep: Kalh: how about you leave or die.,
H|-SNS-Shamrock.Bay: Hunter: This is why you don't piss off Bristol.
Amenhotep: Kalh: dont come back
CONSOLE: Base Bristol Depot is under attack by stas3641!
H|-Pink.Thunder: "Scanners green, i've got nothing."
UN|Mary.Dross{N: Same here.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Why was that order agent so keen on firing at me?
H|-SNS-Shamrock.Bay: Hunter: Nice work, everyone.
Amenhotep: Kalh: Unsure. But we are thankful.
UN|Mary.Dross{N: I need to check something I will be back in a minute
SCRA|Krsnik.: I merely venture into the system to shoot an enemy ship and I am suddenly a hostile target to them.
H|-Cheryl.Augustine: "Those scums frequently visit the system - only to get knocked down."
SCRA|Krsnik.: Has this order agent come here before?
SCRA|Krsnik.: Call-sign 'Lavendar'.
Amenhotep: Kalh: I am sure he was here for me
H|-Cheryl.Augustine: "Lavender, you mean? Can confirm, his presence was observed a couple of times."
Amenhotep: Kalh: But no I have not seen him here before.
H|-SNS-Shamrock.Bay: Hunter: Whatever they were here for, they failed.
SCRA|Krsnik.: I assume you ruffled feathers given your current vessel, Captain.
SCRA|Krsnik.: A system restart was necessary, pardon me.
SCRA|Krsnik.: I had to ensure I was not broadcasting hostile IFF to the Order.
Amenhotep: Kalh: All well
H|-Cheryl.Augustine: "Looks like the aftermath of Ion Storms still hitting on you."
SCRA|Krsnik.: Frau Dross.
CV-Montu: V: Howdy, folks.
SCRA|Krsnik.: You contacted us over the neural-net, but I felt this was more appropriate in person.
Felicity: "Good after-Ions everyone."
UN|Mary.Dross{N: Soooo I am back
UN|Mary.Dross{N: *laughs* same to you.
SCRA|Krsnik.: You asked about Comrade Vaska.
UN|Mary.Dross{N: Yes I did.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Then I must be the bearer of bad news, Frau Dross.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Comrade Vaska was Killed in Action roughly a month ago according to my reports.
Felicity: "Well, that's unpleasant."
CV-Montu: V: Indeed.
UN|Mary.Dross{N: Did you found his body ?
SCRA|Krsnik.: Nein.
SCRA|Krsnik.: No wreckage and no body that I have been informed about.
UN|Mary.Dross{N: Than he isn't dead. Wich system ?
SCRA|Krsnik.: I do not have this information. I only know of his current status. Felicity: "Then it should be called 'missing in action' rather than killed."
SCRA|Krsnik.: I would suggest you concern yourself with your own affairs, Hacker.
Felicity: "You have no confirmation of his death and you just run pessimistic over this."
UN|Mary.Dross{N: Thank you but that was already told to me, i thought you found his body for confirmation. Felicity: "That's what i am doing."
UN|Mary.Dross{N: And until you find his body he is not dead.
SCRA|Krsnik.: You may hold out hope if that helps you manage the remorse.
UN|Mary.Dross{N: I trust in him, he isn't that easy to kill.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Neither is death an easy force to avoid.
UN|Mary.Dross{N: Also, could you bring me in contac with the SCEC ?
SCRA|Krsnik.: I can provide you a frequency over the neural-net.
UN|Mary.Dross{N: That would be nice.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Are there any other questions you have?
UN|Mary.Dross{N: Let me grab some drinks...
UN|Mary.Dross{N: Not now and here.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Verstanden.
UN|Mary.Dross{N: Thank you for your help against the Libs.
SCRA|Krsnik.: The pleasure of the Naval pilot's death was all mine.
SCRA|Krsnik.: As much as an eyesore as the Hacker is. At least it was enjoyable.
Amenhotep: Kalh: indeed thank you.
CV-Montu: V: I miss something?
Amenhotep: Kalh: However I think this may cause a problem for you
Felicity: "Would you keep your tongue behind your teeth, commie?"
Amenhotep: Kalh: That Order Agent might report back to the overwatch
SCRA|Krsnik.: I believe only teenage girls feel the need to expose their tongue. Mine remains in place for communication.
SCRA|Krsnik.: I am not here to help you, Captain. I came with a designated target.
SCRA|Krsnik.: And with every intent of supporting a Coalition Warship.
CV-Montu: V: Order agent?
Felicity: "Then you are a teenage girl, it seems."
Amenhotep: Kalh: Yes the Lavender was here.
CV-Montu: V: I did miss something..
CV-Montu: V: Dammit..
SCRA|Krsnik.: If the Overwatch has questions, they will ask me, and I am able to answer.
SCRA|Krsnik.: That does not concern me.
CV-Montu: V: Y'know, mate, I've been meaning to ask you something..
SCRA|Krsnik.: The Coalition has no political investment in this system besides the termination of hostile ships.
CV-Montu: V: Why is it that the Coalition has every intention to help a maniacal madman?
Amenhotep: Kalh: What if they asked the Coalition to terminate the Amenhotep, would you oblige?
Felicity: "The Coalition should not have any political investment in Liberty and it's surroundings, if we put it that way."
Amenhotep: Kalh: Because I am sure they will ask.
SCRA|Krsnik.: If the Coalition were asked to terminate the Amenhotep, it would certainly not be me obliging. I fly fighters exlusively.
SCRA|Krsnik.: I doubt I have the firepower.
SCRA|Krsnik.: And to the Montu, I doubt the CPW-Lazarev is commanded by a maniacal madman.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Please rephrase or provide substance.
CV-Montu: V: I mean Golanski, you lemon.
SCRA|Krsnik.: You are a grape.
CV-Montu: V: I am a woman.
SCRA|Krsnik.: I have no line to Admiral Golanski regarding this sytem.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Nor do I have any files on this Osiris or your ship.
CV-Montu: V: Considering I've seen the Army engaging alongside the Overwatch, 'lanski's men in particular, I'm skeptical.
SCRA|Krsnik.: My interest begins and ends with the termination of Libertonian assets that are designated to me.
Felicity: "Be advised, Liberty Siege Cruiser detected in Bering."
CV-Montu: V: Good to know.
CV-Montu: V: I'd still like to know why the Coalition is interested in assisting a madman.
CV-Montu: V: One that specifically threatened to nuke a planet. Amenhotep: Kalh: Thank you Felicity
SCRA|Krsnik.: I have no opinions, I do as I'm ordered. As any soldier should.
CV-Montu: V: Figures.
SCRA|Krsnik.: If Golanski sees nuclear escalation as his only means of ensuring control, that is his choice.
SCRA|Krsnik.: I will not tell him how to run his forces or conduct diplomacy.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Nor do I have the authority to do so. Felicity: "Liberty capital vessel detected in this system, lockdown and termination encouraged. To all allied personel..."
6th|LNS-Hampshire: Michael: Contact. 3 targets.
6th|LNS-Hampshire: Michael: Ow, what the f*ck?
6th|LNS-Hampshire: Michael: Order Battlecruiser...
Amenhotep: Kalh: Time to die Hampsire...
Amenhotep: Kalh: Your rein is over.
CV-Montu: V: Just ensure that you neutralize him as a threat before he nukes your planets.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Admiral Golanski has never expressed hostile intent to the Coalition whatsoever.
CV-Montu: V: Kalh, what the hell are you doing..
6th|LNS-Hampshire: Michael: Weapons online, defending. Kill me in fair fight, traitor.
SCRA|Krsnik.: I have little reason to assume that, let alone act on it.
CV-Montu: V: I'll just let you sit on it.. He's a friggin' maniac.
CV-Montu: V: He'll shoot you just as quickly as help you.
SCRA|Krsnik.: People are inclined to say the same of me.
SCRA|Krsnik.: And in truth, perhaps I am. Felicity: "...repeat, to all allied personel - proceed to points 3C and 2D in order to block it's paths for retreat..."
CV-Montu: V: Kalh.. seriously..
Amenhotep: Kalh: cowards run I see.
SCRA|Krsnik.: The Siege Cruiser is at a tactical disadvantage.
CV-Montu: V: Are you shooting the Amenhotep, Captain?
SCRA|Krsnik.: Retreat is natural.
Felicity: "Scanners reading a hostile signature."
Felicity: "Target is leaving through the Trade Lane."
Amenhotep: Kalh: I will explain later Vex.
CV-Montu: V: *sigh* You amaze me, Kalh..
CV-Montu: V: I've got your back, though.. as tampered as it is..

Situation in Bering
I bid you a good day, Agent.
Grand Admiral Golanski granted me to approach you here and now. So let me introduce myself.
I am Inquisitor Amanne Blacknight, current head of the Wedjat Section 4, Counter Intelligence & Regulation enforcement and currently tasked with information gathering concerning traiterous subjects such as Johnathan Kalh for example.
You got my attention with the appearance of the Amenhotep and Montu in Bering. I did not expect both of those vessels to appear around the Separatist forces that quickly, it comes as some sort of surprise. Possibly a good one.
Having two of my targets in the same system looks promising, their apparent friendship with the Battlegroup Harmony and Unioners makes things far more complicated. While there had been no direct contact between Order forces under direct command of the Overwatch and the Battlegroup Harmony, I suppose that both defectors spreaded sufficient amounts of lies to make them treat us equally like the Unioners do. As their enemies or atleast treating us suspiciously, possible with lies about Golanski in mind.
The appearance of this one Order agent going by the codename "Lavender" surely was not helpful. This and how this Battlegroup sees us can be investigated by my team and possibly myself as well though.
Not less interesting is the fact that a Lane Hacker was at the scene as well. Going by the provided logs, the Lane Hacker using the alias "Felicity" could possibly treat both defectors as allies alongside the Unioners and the Battlegroup Harmony.
I am aware of a few business deals the Order had with the Lane Hacker's Inner Circle. The Lane Hackers are simply true business people, I suppose they use the Battlegroup and the Unioners just as you thought: Business partners used to expand their own influence on the black-market and increase their profit.
Considering the two traiterous Captains and their crew, I cannot tell for sure in which way the Lane Hackers are involved with them. Further investigation shall proof if my thoughts are correct or not. If they are, the Lane Hackers most likely just tolerate both of their vessels due to diplomatic reasons.
This brings me straight to the next point, Agent "Krsnik", are you capable of assisting our efforts to get clearance on the situation regarding all involved parties? It is of huge importance to me and in the end to the Overwatch to find out how the relations between the Amenhotep & Montu and the parties of Bering look like.
In case of you being interested and able to help me out further, we could talk about a more detailed approach at an assigned meeting point.

Inquisitor.
You have me confused. I assumed that these "business deals" you have on hand with the Lane Hackers would have been reliable enough to allow you to approach them directly, yet what you ask of me now indicates that you do not trust their word and want my unbiased eyes to grant you insight into the situation. Though this is not my area of specialization, which is rather limited to sowing fear and carrying out the terminations of priority targets, I am perfectly capable of getting you what you need, in fact, I think I have already done it.
I think letting you hear for yourself is the easiest way to explain myself here. After which, I trust you will be equally straight with me.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Captain, I have a few questions for you, if you would be willing to answer them.
Amenhotep: Kalh: Go ahead.
SCRA|Krsnik.: According to my records, the last time the Coalition encountered you, you shot at our ships.
SCRA|Krsnik.: In cooperation with local Libertonian forces near Manhattan.
Amenhotep: Kalh: While I was serving, its possible yes.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Yet now, you are thanking me for my "assistance", this is a large difference in conduct.
Amenhotep: Kalh: The Navy has been infected by Nomadic influences.
SCRA|Krsnik.: The Navy is a blight regardless of Nomadic influence.
Amenhotep: Kalh: I have been kicked out as they try to eliminate all possible entities that can takje them down.
Amenhotep: Kalh: I have been hunted, shot at and damn near destroyed by them
Amenhotep: Kalh: before i served in the Navy.
Amenhotep: Kalh: The coalition and I had a decent relationship SCRA|Krsnik.: So you have thrown your lot in with those in Bering?
Amenhotep: Kalh: We are allies yes... But I dont plan on staying here long. The Nomad fight continues on, and where they go I go.
SCRA|Krsnik.: I have had limited contact with two of the three groups, but the Unioners I know as a Rheinlander.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Am I correct in assuming most help comes to you from the Separatists and the Hackers?
Amenhotep: Kalh: The hacker relationship is rocky at best.
Amenhotep: Kalh: I am not fond of them
SCRA|Krsnik.: As it usually is, the Hackers are little more than opportunists.
Amenhotep: Kalh: But i must tread lightly considering who my host is.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Have you had any contact with the Hackers, Herr Kalh?
Amenhotep: Kalh: No official contact aside from the small talk in Bering.
SCRA|Krsnik.: And those that spoke to you in Bering were part of their.. "Inner Circle", ja?
Amenhotep: Kalh: unknown. Only one i spoke to is Felicity. I dont know her status among the hackers.
SCRA|Krsnik.: Her identification seems to speak for itself in that regard. Amenhotep: Kalh: As stated I am not familier with the Lane Hackers inner workings. All I did was shoot them
SCRA|Krsnik.: Yet now they seem to have little choice but to work with you.
SCRA|Krsnik.: How people change.
Amenhotep: Kalh: Harmony's actions may have caused that.
As an added personal assumption and note, all warships require a dry-dock for maintenance and restocking, it is highly problematic to carry out maintenance in open space. The only port within a reasonable distance that will allow him this luxury happens to be within Bering, occupied and run by the Unioners, Pacifica. Which I am certain your sources in the Bundschuh may have told you about in the past. I believe this makes things.. clear.

Situation in Bering
I bid you a good day, "Krsnik".
I simply do not like to hear just one side of a story, so I went for the opinion and data I could collect the easiest first. Your data.
And I consider it possible to keep you as a helpful hand with operations beyond Liberty as well, future will tell though.
Let us get to the things Mr. Kalh willingly told you himself. It is a neat little thing to know that he so openly allies with the Separatists of Bering. Pacifica could probably serve as a repair facility to the Amenhotep at this point but this is not my real issue. The Unioners and their very pitiful agression towards the Order has as many senseful reasons as the Liberty Navy would have to accept the Gallic Crown, literally none. I do not consider such pitiful souls my targets though, so I would prefer to avoid hostility against them.
But with the traiterous vessel Amenhotep still out there, more so with somehow unclear intentions, it gives the whole Bering matter an interesting aspect.
I will get back to you, Agent. For now I will see what I can do regarding conversations with the Battlegroup Harmony, the Lane Hackers and other involved entities. We thank you for your service.

Grand Admiral and others.
I'm uncertain if you have heard of the developments I'm going to mention to you. After a few recent developments within Cretan society, a small minority within it known as the Apostatas broke away and rejected the tyranny of the Elders. In response to their decision, we opened up a dialogue and offered them our hand in order to help reform their Home.
On their end, the officer I conversed with during the diplomatic outreaches was General Lanzo Walker. He's an idealist, which is as much a flaw as it is a quality. One of our scientists in the S.C.EC, Frau Liisi Virtanen had requested for a reinforcement of a Commissar and a combat escort in Omicron Delta, informing our command network that General Walker was talking to a large nomadic war-form. It was at this point that I was sent to contain the situation and terminate him to preserve the integrity of the Apostatas if necessary.
I managed to succeed in firmly demanding that he cease communicating with the beast, and not long after it departed. Through slightly heated conversation thereafter, I revealed to General Walker that the nomads have an acute effect on ones mind and can more often than not result in psychological damage even if their attempt at infection has failed.
I tell you all of this because I'm requesting you to get in touch with General Walker of the Apostatas and explain to him the exact nature of how the Nomads operate, their threat and effects on humans, psychologically and otherwise. It's important he understands why I chose to contain the situation with such firmness. And that he truly understands that "conversations" with the beasts cannot be taken for granted, and that the only thing these creatures pose is a risk to us all.
I thank you for your time.

The Order law is blunt on the subject of Nomads. Anyone who finds themselves doing their will is sentenced to death. I need to know the extend and agenda of this "conversation", as well as any evidence you can provide. If this is benign and the so called General Walker does not express any signs of indoctrination, he will be safe so long he avoids letting The Enemy into his mind when he can help it.
