Takeo Sen: Konbanwa, Samura Transport Nara, cut your engines.
Nara: Samura Transport Nara to Takeo Sen. Konbanwa, Dragon, as you can see, I have passengers onboard my transport, and have no wish to see them come to harm. What is it that you want?
Takeo Sen: Good, good. Then you will accede to my demand. Space that man Toshiro Hisakawa who is onboard your ship now.
Nara: What?! There is no such person on my ship.
Takeo Sen: Do not lie to me, captain. I know that he and his family are on your ship. I don't even care for them. I'm here to kill one man, and one man only. If the rest of
you have to die, so be it, but do not say that I didn't give you a way out.
Nara: Surely there must be another way! I cannot take this man's life. I'm authorised to give you credits in these situations. Perhaps you can spare this man's life?
Takeo Sen: No, there isn't. Now, I am running out of patience. Space that tyrant and I will let you, your crew and the rest of your passengers live. That man will be dead anyway. After I destroy your liner.
Nara: Wait, wait! Let me contact my superiors.
Takeo Sen: I'll give you 3 seconds. Three, two...
Nara: Fine! Fine! May I be forgiven, for this man's blood...
The woman plays the logs, over and over, listening to it for over 15 minutes. Quietly listening to every detail of an encounter that occured over 20 years ago. The name of the dragon. Takeo Sen. The most resounding detail. "I will find you." She whispers to herself. The woman leaves the room, with the audio logs still running on repeat, much to the curiosity of the Samura captain who steps into the Nara's deck 8 hours later.

This is what I came to do. This is what all of this has been about. I did not join the Kempeitai out of any loyalty to Kusari. I came this far, trained this hard to kill that man, the only one that matters. 20 years. Now, I know his name, and now I know where he will be next. He shall pay for what he has done. If he ends me instead, so be it. Either way, I shall find my peace.
Tohoku. My division will be there in the coming weeks. So will he, and so will I. Fate has decided that we shall meet. We will find the dragon hideout and wipe all of them out. We have the element of surprise and enough ships to clear out a small outpost, which is what we believe is in that cloud. Victory seems certain, and I eagerly await what comes next. However, I must not become overconfident and too certain. There is no room for carelessness. Closure is what I seek. This is what I came to do. This is what all of this has been about.

The injustice of it all. My wingmen are idiots. Incompetent. We had what it took to kill them all, but carelessness, incompetence, and now we are the ones being hunted. Now that accursed man whom I came here to kill is behind me. I burn with the anger of this ironic twist of fate. I can only cruise for so long before I have to engage his ship with what is left of my hull and equipment. I know not if it will be enough. Tekagi's Arch is right ahead. If he does not kill me, the infected might. Or worse. Maybe they'll kill him first. I appear to be a guaranteed kill now, it would be tactically advantageous to them to destroy him first and kill me later.
Takeo Sen: Running now? Come and face me, or are you too cowardly to face an old man without your wing men? Kyoi: Don't you want to live a little longer? This is mercy. Takeo Sen: Oh, I am trembling in fear, of your ship burning, and your lack of guns. *Laughing* Kyoi: You will die today, just wait. Takeo Sen: Such spirit. Your actions don't match, though. Keep running. Let's see how far you will go. Sigma-1: This is naval forces patrol leader Sigma One, over. Identify yourselves. Do not come any closer. Takeo Sen: Is this your idea? Call for backup? Kyoi: I said you would die, not that I would kill you. Takeo Sen: Pft, off you go then. Sigma-1: Blood dragon contact confirmed, disrupting cruise engines. Engaging target. Sigma-2: Copy. I will handle the other contact. Takeo Sen: How is that possible?! Kyoi: *Madly laughing* How did he disrupt you from so far away? He's not using human technology. A far worse fate awaits you then death, then, one that awaits me as well. I shall have my peace.
