100% correct on edginess and decline of RP standard. There is no regulation of RP anymore, anyone can make nonsensical edgy attention-whoring SRP such as randomly defecting and going straight for Freeport-11 to meet the other cool guys.

One day they said me: "When in a game community only veterans remained, the game is totally dead".

Take care.
Yeah, even though player count seems to be rising again the roleplay quality has sharply declined. Sad.
Aww dang man... sadly did no ApS rp with you..
I can relate a lot with what you just wrote.
Many does flies without RP but the problem is
many hate on newbies, many don't help them. It's a problem within us
and it's really bad.
But ayy good looking out
Hope you stay well homes...
This is a sad thing. i really enjoyed the smuggling trip from Crete with you.
Its true that there are a lot of things wrong with disco but then again that's the case in many places.
i try to not take things that happen to heart, although sometimes it doesn't work. the sandwich rule is very effective in these cases.
good luck with whatever you do in future
New Players are not to blame. It's easy to blame them because they are an absent entity on the forums and indeed in most of our deeper RP circles. Everything mentioned by Ivan is the reason I mostly prefer to play with new players. Many seasoned players here have some misplaced sense of entitlement that brings out a nasty superiority complex on who has the best RP which ends up with a constant p*ssing match for control and the resultant drama.
20+ year old discovery is all over sirius, 80+ year old discovery is in the edge worlds and 13 year old discovery is in Pennsylvania.
New players are rough around the edges, but at least they are genuine.
It sucks to see you go Ivan, but I hope to see you undocking from Erie to get discovering again at some point in the future.
