Captain,
You'll have to forgive my delay, as tracking down all of the evidence you requested has taken longer than anticipated. As we had discussed in Cortez, our agents tracked the vessel you were initially in pursuit of to this location. The conversation recording is attached below. In addition, I've included a note to the Montu's captain and your admirality so that the evidence is available to them to do what they must.
Quote:[04.05.2018 21:14:12] A/)-Arae.1: Contact spotted.
[04.05.2018 21:14:17] Order|CV-Golanski: D: Nuisance spotted.
[04.05.2018 21:14:42] Order|CV-Golanski: D: Ha-ha. Just kidding. Didn't know Bretonians actively work for you?
[04.05.2018 21:15:08] A/)-Arae.1: Running to CR, huh?
[04.05.2018 21:15:24] Order|CV-Golanski: D: That's not where we plan to go to.
[04.05.2018 21:15:39] A/)-Arae.1: Where do you plan to go, then?
[04.05.2018 21:15:52] Order|CV-Golanski: D: Does it matter to you? Go back to Inverness where you belong to.
[04.05.2018 21:16:06] A/)-Arae.1: Go back to the fires of Toledo where you belong.
[04.05.2018 21:16:16] Order|CV-Golanski: D: I will, one day.
In addition to the initial record of its flight trajectory, I've attached several other documented incidents, declassified scouting reports and situations we've recorded over the years.

Pike checking in.
Reporting the arrival of another Order Capital ship in to operational territory. This time, a Geb-class Assault Carrier. The Fedayeen. That makes four. The Oathkeeper, Amenhotep, Razgriz, and now this. We're outnumbered in that class. The Basilisk wing has returned to the fleet after an intimidation session and brief scan of the Carrier vessel. Per our directive and out of respect of allied forces - The Crayterians, we vacated the region once asked, yet that didn't stop the Order from dispatching an Interceptor to pursue Basilisk three.
Requesting an update to standing orders in regards to the high level of hostile warships in the region. It's unknown at this time if more vessels are inbound from the Order, or if this is it. Basilisks are locked and loaded in case of aggression. Standing order of self-defense is still in effect.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: A carrier.
[Schmidt] A/)-Basilisk.1: Interesting.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: Hostile contacts on radar.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: Relax.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: If you follow or open fire, we will answer in kindness.
CR|-WO.O`connor: Relax, they are friendly
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: We've already spoken to Hunter. Out of respect for the situation and the Crayterians, we've been helping.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: Doubtful. They intercepted and engaged our last mission in the area.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: This is callsign Zodiac, Basilisk wing of the Stinging Sixth, holding position, Alpha leader.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: Hunter may "trust" you, however 1st Battlegroup shall not. I request that you keep distance.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: Your last mission ended in your escorts firing on our forces. We'll guide you out of the cloud due to recent incursions -
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: By infestees.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: Lot's of Scorpion-class gunships in the area. So be careful.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: This is not negotiable. Stand off and keep your distance.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: Roger Alpha One, we're talking up escort positions around the CV 'Fedayeen'.
[Scmidt] A/)-Basilisk.1: Roger, Alpha One.
CR|-WO.O`connor: no need for that
[Schmidt]A/)-Basilisk.1: Escorting Fedayeen.
CR|-WO.O`connor: stay on distance freelancers
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: You're right. It isn't negotiable. We're not risking losing more people to another assault. We're going as far as the edge of -
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: The barrier.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: Crayterian Military, we cannot abide escort of those wretched traitors. Request them to not pursuit us.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: We'll limit ourselves to five clicks.
CR|-Viper.VII: Auxesians, please stand down from the escort.
CR|-Viper.VII: It is not needed.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: Wilco. This is Alpha Three, moving out to hold position. Five kilometres around the 'Fedayeen'.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: As you wish, Crayterians.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.1: Alpha One, keeping distance.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: Basisilk, you are being tracked by our gun batteries. Maintain your distance.
CR|-Viper.VII: The escort is not needed. As you can see we have a good enough wing to help with the escort.
[Pike] Order|CV-Fedayeen: Engaging cruise engines... do not follow us.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: Basilisks, regroup and RTB. If this goes to hell, it's on them.
[Schmidt]A/)-Basilisk.1: Roger.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: Roger wilco.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: This is Alpha three, we have an interceptor on a closing vector.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: Keep situational readiness - over.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: We're leaving. Stop loitering.
[Khan]A/)-Basilisk.3: Alpha three here, Overwatch interceptor is on a holding vector on my six o'clock, please advise.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: On your six, Alpha One and Four.
[Schmidt] A/)-Basilisk.1: Alpha One, position picked.
While much of the information provided may be dated, it shows a long standing pattern of cooperation. With our current fragile neutrality after contact from Minister Garvey, I am required to ensure every precaution is taken, and the harboring of our enemies is not something we can tolerate. Not only does it raise concern for our home, but it may potentially destabilize the war efforts in Cortez. Given their recent transgressions in the Omicrons, where they sided with the alien menace and Corsair forces to attack a civilian expansion of a Freeport in the area, later threatening to nuke the world of Gran Canaria in Omega-49. All evidence of which can be found on a public newswire the former administrator of said Freeport broadcasted, coupled with sixty hours of video footage of the events.
We - I myself, even - mentioned these incidents to the Prince several months prior to the more recent ones. As I included Captain Vex in this transmission, I should mention that she stood in defense of the civilians that were under threat of the Order's assaults, and has since been hunting active assets of theirs in the area. She provided assistance to us when we encountered and engaged a Royalist craft, and has proven time and time again to be a reliable associate to our efforts in removing them from the local area. It is my hope that her cooperation with you and heavy involvement in actions against enemies of Bretonia will have proven her willingness to act in the benefit of the Kingdom.
With that, I await the response of either yourself or your superiors, so that this issue may be addressed sooner rather than later.
Keeper.
We thank you for the detailed report regarding the Order vessels you have found, as well as the declassified files you have chosen to share with us. It should be said that while Coronado is outside our authority the fact that Order vessels are using that system as a gateway into Cortez is most disturbing. We have not received any reports of Order ships within Manchester or any other Bretonian home systems for quite some time, yet the interest that group takes in the border worlds concerns all. There is little we can actually do in Coronado, I trust you understand this, and Cortez is a border system which is shared, we are limited in how we approach the Order in that system as well.
A message will be dispatched to the Crayerian Parliament asking for an explanation of these events. Until then, we have our hands tied or until an Order vessel is spotted within our borders.
In regards to Lady Upsilon, the BPA has already decided to reject her entrance to Bretonia due to a lack of proper references and, from what I understand, a lack of trust of all things Order related. I would be more inclined to listen to her tale, provided that you can support her actions and if in the event I manage to get her rejection overturned, you would be accountable for her actions. But that is a future conversation.
