RE:
Permission to carry small quantities of Stabiline
*A man in his mid-30s wearing a cowboy hat and a cardamine inhaler appears on the screen. Just visible under a full beard is a slave's barcode tattoo.*
Howdy! I find myself in a bit of a bind, and I'm hoping y'all can help me out. As you can see from my inhaler, I'm suffering from genetic damage due to long-term environmental exposure to Cardamine. To that end, I'd like permission to keep a single cargo unit of stabiline aboard my ship for the purposes of keeping myself alive. I never wanted it, and I'd gladly do without it, but I'd die if I ever got rid of this thing.
A single unit is enough to keep me going for a while at the minimum necessary dosage, and limiting myself to small quantites should demonstrate my lack of interest in distributing the stuff. I sincerely hope you can help me out, because I have little interest in choosing between death and prison when I just want to make an honest living.

RE:
Checking on an earlier inquiry regarding stabiline
To whom it may concern,
I was wondering if anyone had an opportunity to review my request. As I'm sure you can imagine, it would take a load off my mind to clear up any uncertainty pertaining to this matter.
This is Agent Perkins of the ONS, while we can't speak for all of the Liberty Security Force, I am fairly sure your inquiry just depends on the decision of the respective Police forces you may encounter during your trip. Therefore, addressing the Liberty Security Force for such a minor inquiry seems a bit too careful. Anyway, I'll make sure the Liberty Police gets their eye on this so they can process your request.
Wish you a good day and good luck getting over your addiction.

Agent Perkins,
I appreciate your prompt reply. I understand that small issues like mine are generally out of the purview of the LSF. Under the circumstances, though, I felt it wouldn't hurt to get my request in front of many eyes as possible in the hopes that I'd come to the attention of the right people. Thank you for passing my request along to the Liberty Police.
I also appreciate your wishing me good luck. Would that this were a simple addiction. If it were, I'd just check myself into that beautiful rehab clinic on Curacao, and enjoy spending time on the beach until I was clean. Unfortunately, it's not that simple. Spending over 20 years of your life on Malta causes permanent, irreversible genetic changes. In short, at this point, I'm shackled to Stabiline or Cardamine use for the rest of my life. I'd much prefer Stabiline, as it doesn't make the problem worse, nor does it require the use of slave labor to produce, or enrich those who enslaved me for so long.
