My name is Henry Stracke, or Milk if you'd prefer. I represent the Xeno Alliance, as I'm sure you've gathered.
I intend to expand the Alliance's weak logistical fleet, and figured our old friends at Universal could help us in that regard. Our requirements are for ships that are simple to fly for pilots without much transport training, easy to maintain at our admittedly basic facilities, and decent evasive capabilities under fire.
The simple CT-49X "Gull" seems to fit the bill just right. Now it might be possible to scour the civilian market for one of this, but if you can help us out with this it'll guarantee the quality of the vessel and avoid too much legal hassle for a potential seller.
If you could ensure the disappearance of one of these ships in an area under our control, that should work out perfectly for us. Of course we're willing to pay for this with credits or some other service we may be able to provide.

Good day, "Milk"
We haven't heard from anyone from the Alliance in some time- we were quite certain that you had fallen apart to be quite honest. However we would be keen to see your movement undergo a resurgence, so I've had a look through our fleet registry, and we have several Gulls that could fit the bill for your needs. The first, Altamont is currently one of our oldest serving transports, and due for a retrofit, or decomissioning, soon. She'll be passing from Trenton to Pueblo early tomorrow morning, Denver Standard time. However, she is quite old, so if you'd rather something a bit newer, the Millbrook is scheduled to be passing through Hudson, around mid-Sunday, local Houston time. She's a few years old, but still has some of her original paint, in patches. Depending on which you'd like, we can arrange for the ship's captain to know to expect you, in either the Silverton or Sitka fields respectively, where I'm sure we will later hear of a tragic and devastating attack by the Rogues taking out the entire convoy...
In return, we don't have much to ask of you at this time- Just to keep up the work at making Liberty strong again, although if something does come up, we may call this in as a favor from you. Should this be acceptable to you, please let us know which of the ships you fancy, and we'll start making the arrangements.

Thank you for your speedy and positive response. It's good to see our old friends ready to assist again even after our organization's turbulent times.
It's very much true that we've fallen apart, but me and some of the few other higher-ups that are still alive, out of prison and dedicated to the cause are currently in the process of picking up the pieces.
As for the ship, it's probably best to go with the Millbrook, since maintenance and spare parts might be a concern on a very old model. I'm sure we can use our phenomenal acting skills to orchestrate a credible pirate attack.
And naturally, we'll keep working on building the Liberty which Libertonians want. We will owe you one.
