Guildmaster,
It feels strange reaching out to you like this, considering how similar our lines of work are.
I'm Nick Stenn, commander of the Forlorn Hope paramilitary company. For in case you somehow didn't know already. But lets cut to the chase. The Guild is probably the most wide spread group of enforcers sirius wide. Forlorn is significantly smaller, and lacks the same level of infrastructure.
Now, I'm not suggesting anything more than a business arrangement. Seeing as we are somewhat competitors in the field, perhaps an agreement is in order. Terms which fully benefit the both of our organizations. I'm hesitant to start naming any without first knowing if you're interested in the possibilities, but should you be open for such, I'll gladly share my thoughts.

Good day. This is Guildmaster Thomas Ryley of the Bounty Hunters Guild. It is a pleasure to meet you and the Guild would be quite willing to discuss any arrangement you wish. While some working under me believe that profit should come before all else I firmly believe that it is the duty of the Guild to help in ridding Sirius of all those who would threaten the innocent. To that end I believe that working together and coming to an accord would only benefit this cause.
Since you are initiating this contact I assume you have something in mind?

Guildmaster,
That's an interesting standpoint.
Alright, lets get right into it. I want to make an arrangement with you that those members of the Forlorn Hope who wish to do so, will be integrated into the Guild should a time come when the Forlorn ceases to exist. I'm sure you'll find that all of them are capable pilots, and familiar with the laws and codes of the sector, so they won't need retraining.
That's pretty much it. All I'm asking is that when the group finally breaks up, the pilots who wish it will have a new home amongst yours.
