You were expelled for not consulting who trusted that your return would be to add to the elevation of Samura. I trusted pojects that you now proclaim to the four winds, proving that you really are not reliable.
Regarding what you excluded, I want everyone to analyze my point of view of what you intended and that you admitted would be a blow. Proof
You deleted this document: https://discoverygc.com/forums/showthrea...#pid435106
and left this one: https://discoverygc.com/forums/showthrea...ecruitment
In that you deleted the contract of employment of all the workers who were and who are in the service of Samura, including me, the current leader and yourself. You did it without consulting me. I trusted you and you let me down.
Given this, I rightly concluded that you were promoting a coup, because without the contract documents, we could not prove that we were Samura members and could easily be excluded from the Faction, which would be at your mercy.
I chose the older one because it was in the older format whereas the new one was in the newer format (pretty logical). The intention was not to erase people's contract of employment with Samura. The only document that I believe and that you should believe which shows who is employed by Samura or not is the Google Docs roster, not recruitment threads. That's only to vet candidates.
In no way was doing this an attempt at a coup de'tat, yes I did say this is a coup de'tat but that occured AFTER you kicked me out of Samura and I came to the conclusion that you couldn't lead and a coup was necessary. The deleting of the recruitment thread and the coup were not simultaneous, the coup was as a result of your reaction to me deleting the recruitment thread (which ironically was you thinking there was a coup, but by doing that inadvertedly starting an actual one, lel).
Believe me when I say deleting the recruitment thread was not done with ill intentions and was to make sure new recruits know where to go to put in their application and to not have the confusion and also just the unpleasant mess in the subforum. You thinking it was done with ill intention has now created this scenario where yes, I am NOW acting with ill intention.
It's also stupid for you to think it was done with ill intention because A. my own application was in there and B. Samura is definitely not in a position to be kicking out members lol. You did the opposite of "Rightly concluded".
Also stop roleplaying, this is a feedback thread you don't need to keep signing off with "Karl" (not even a Japanese name) Kamimura.
*Eh... Lets give this another try and try to diffuse this mess.*

I didn't want to lead Samura until they kicked me out for deleting the DUPLICATE recruitment thread. That is the point when I realised "yeah they have no idea what they're doing and this faction is going to hell in a handbasket". All I wanted to do is to clean up the subforum, get our branding back to being consistent and get some stuff sorted (getting back our old bank and shared accounts which they have made no effort to do so).
ONTOP of that, they wanted me to do their roleplaying for them, they wanted Osaka rebuilt and they have practically demanded that I do a range of things because they lack the skills to do so and they recognise that I have them. I'm sorry but I cannot roleplay stuff like that on the factions behalf if I'm not in a position of leadership where what I do is not hindered by my lack of authority (such as, cleaning up the subforum).
I also recognise a need to change the culture within the faction of "Samura dock." so we actually get some respect again amongst Kusari players. I have big visions for Samura; yes I will get Osaka rebuilt, yes we will contribute to "Make Kusari Lawfuls Great Again", but I can't do this if I don't have the confidence and trust of the members for me to lead the faction. If I lead, the knives will be put away and we will put the vendettas to rest and unify the faction.
Instead of being a linchpin around whom all of this happened, maybe you should have tried to roleplay without actually leading the faction, what is wrong with that? I mean, I roleplayed in Samura, for Samura and did whatever I was told by the leadership for years before I ever got any kind of leadership faction. And even than I told Bradmin I did not deserve it because my RP did not move forward Samura RP. I would say Bradmin, Jason, Kaido and Dennis groomed me well to lead Samura. I am only sorry that I didn't do the same with you. But than again, I did not have time for that because I left prematurely. All my fault, I agree.
On the other hand instead of fall out saying no, maybe you should have tried to tone down their ambitions and say ''Hey, this RP is too much to ask from devs right now, maybe we should start small with this''. I too did not know much of RP in my earlier days, I mean I was banned in my first week of play in Disco because of ooRP in local in non English and cursing, so yea... But I learnt it, it came with time.
As for the ''Pirates, quick dock.'' That wasn't around when I led the faction, but than again, I led by example and told and showed people what to do and what not to do. Either go down swinging and guns blazing or RP your way out of the situation. Heck, even made pirate pay me once and not kill/pirate me so that I could haul him some goods that he couldn't get because it was sold on a lawful station.

Now the recruitment thread. There was absolutely no need to delete it because of the coding/format. Just click edit in the original thread, delete all old codes and all non text lines and rework the thing. Literally did that every time coding on forums was changed. Not that hard.
As for the number of players in the faction, back to my previous point. Maybe help the faction as a player instead as a leader. Totally not needed to lead it to be able to write RP or help those who lead to write RP. Heck, I wrote RP posts and gave them to Bradmin to check and later post. Did not see me anywhere claiming those posts.
At the end, why change Samura logo in the signature. The old one is literally the vanilla logo and it was perfect as it was.

In my time, the best line pirates used was ''5m or die''. I hope pirates changed now days, otherwise I can't condemn any transport ship from docking after seeing a pirate.

I guess they lowered their rates but still didn't increase their RP skills.
Should I send you the logs of how does a Junker pirate and how does a Samura reply?
Should I dig through years old data to find you how .:j:. make one liners 10 seconds before killing? Or how we gang bang Hessian Curiser with 5 Akegatas but it escapes because we don not have CDs. Or maybe some good RPs you encounter from time to time? Even with Nomads.
Thing is not all have 10/10 RP skill levels. But in my time I did try to educate those who did not know, how to do it. Hope there are still people doing the same today.

I expected a better answer than this, honestly.
Anyway. The fact that I'd be the 10th person (or the 4th) to mention you (the faction administration) lacks medium english knowledge just makes me want to be left behind in Tau-44.
I won't really judge by the lack of english. Instead I'll judge by your overall activity ingame which is right now not that great. No ingame RP, weird forum activity...eh, you get the idea. If you think so highly of yourself, then I suggest teaching your member(s) some RP skills to make encounters less disgusting. As of now you are nothing more but 100% trading faction that powertrades. I don't think folks need anymore of these, but thats just me.
Also idc if you have years old logs. I pirate for RP, not money. There are also people that pirate for RP, not money.

I don't know if you have noticed but I left Disco years ago, never came back and currently hold no position in Samura. I do form time to time open up the forums for the sake of nostalgia and lulz. True, there a lot of room for improvement in Samura, I assume such is the deal with most Disco factions (at least that's how it was in my time, can't imagine anything changed) but I cannot do much about that. People who play Disco today can. Either by giving useful advices to Samura players or by joining Samura and sharing their experience. I hope it works out for them.
Yes I have all the logs. Have a folder for every game I ever played. I also preferred RP but in most cases ''x mills or die'' was the most usual chat.
